Treebo Trend Winterland - Hotel in Mussoorie - Dehradun, India

One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The food was not only delicious but beautifully presented. The diverse menu offered a range of options to suit various tastes, and I thoroughly enjoyed every meal I had there. The restaurant staff was attentive and provided excellent service, making each dining experience memorable.

We had very bad experience regarding the food quality and late services, and I don't think so it's a family restaurant cause everyone having hukka n all in the restaurant... I feel very bad when my mother ask to the staff please open the window for fresh air ,! BTW all staff very busy with their mobile

Rooms were stinky . And they had dampness in walls . There was lot of disturbance at night ,loud music. I never blinked an eyelid the whole night.. Even though the balcony view of rooms were perfect getaway.. but the overall not great place..which was unnecessary expensive.

Location is good but some of staff are only focusing there some imp guests.... Location is quite good and also 24X7 open is much impressive thing..

Reference to my earlier review comment dated 01st April 2023 whereas Hotel Owner has replied to take care during next visit. I would request Owner to please answer that where were you when I was seeking quality services (which you had promised before check-in) during my stay. I had been trying to contact Owner all throughout my stay but staff also mentioned that he is unreachable. Genuine request to Treebo team (if my review is seen/commented by them), you need to seriously reconsider the association with the Winterland hotel as it is more of a midnight party place rather than a comfortable stay option for family.

Zero hygiene, poor room service, arrogant and non co-operative staff, bluntly say no to the guests, needs lot of improvement to serve better. Not recommended at all.

***Beware Do Not Book this Hotel*** Most Disgusting staff and probably Owner. I stayed here for 2 days and we booked maple room with view . But to be honest the hospitality is zero to non-existent. We were given 1 towel which was probably looking like used for atleast 5years, shampoo and body wash, handwash was all filled with water. They didn't even provided us a bottle of water until we asked. Bathroom is just okay with chairs which were probably broken and rusting. There was loud music until 1oclock in the night. They do not know how to make tandoori food as it was total waste. During my stay i never saw a smiling and greeting face from any hotel staff. Especially the lady at the reception, she thinks people staying here are living for free, when you look at her and they way she speaks you will feel that she might be thinking "another guest came and now we need to do entry for him, she has to tolerate the pain of someone staying in the hotel" I have raised my complaint to Treebo and they are very helpful. The owner/manager is the most disgusting and ungrateful person i have ever met. I would suggest to look for better alternative, i f you have to stay at this location, check for nearby newly opened Shivansh hotel. I checked the hotel after making an online booking for winterland and i regretted my decision.

Pathetic place. I reached the place owner & a staff was there but still nobody to assist and greet. Food was tasteless, raw food that too has a very late service. Very small Rooms which were dirty, linens-blanket-trash can were not changed after the previous checkout. Asked a toilet paper and that was dirty as if it was picked up from road just when i ordered. Zero privacy, you can hear whats being talked or done in other rooms pretty well if you enjoy doing it. Loud music till 5AM in cafe and rooms. Tried to overcharge me for 1 hour late checkout even when nobody was waiting for check-in and was told rules are rules. Like rally, ever heard of a word 'CUSTOMER SERVICE'?
