I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and it was without a doubt one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. First of all, the check-in process was an absolute nightmare. The staff at the front desk seemed completely disinterested in helping us. The room itself was dirty and poorly maintained. Despite bringing these issues to the staff's attention, they seemed to ignore our complaints about the dirty water coming from the tap and the need for bathroom maintenance. Even our repeated requests to clean the bathroom dustbin were overlooked. To top it all off, we had the unfortunate experience of dealing with bed bugs during our stay, which was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. Overall, my experience at this hotel was a complete disaster. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere for accommodations.

It was a wonderful stay over there for like 2 days... They have near and clean policy and they are very particular about. The mirror and the lights installed at the property are just wow so now u do not any filter

Pros: 1. Good location, near to Mall road . 2. Bathroom are near and clean . 3. Mountains view is there. Cons: 1. Staff supervisor (other than Anil) was very rude and didn't pick call even he was there at reception. I had to go personally to reception to tell my query asked him if he can pick up call next time . Very rude person . 2. Bedsheets were not changed even though I asked 2 times . No body paid a heed to my request. 3. There was lot of noise in the night due to a nearby shop. 4. It's 2 star hotel not 3 star . Price should not be more than Rs2500. 5. Rooms are relatively small.

We stayed here for a night in a room which charged us around 4k but had no facilities worth the money. Let me share the pros and cons: 1. They made us sit for a long long time before they actually made a room ready for us. Too bad for guests. 2/5 on hospitality 2. Rooms had a skewed view of the valley. Mostly obstructed by trees. No telephone shower the bathroom. Actually there was no shower also. 1/5 for the room. 3. There were other guests shouting in the corridor and speaking very loudly. Rooms are not noise resistant, but the thing is inspite of complaining no one took any action. 0.5/5 for the staff behaviour. 4. Road to reach this place is very steep. Mostly impossible to reach if you have a car, and a pain if you have a bike. Accessibility and location will be 1/5. Overall it is a waste of money if you are looking for a room with a good view for vacation. It is ok if you are looking for an emergency room, or travelling for work!

Good stay, rooms are clean, they serve food also which is reasonable in price and good taste. Walkable distance to the mall road.

Hotel is good... Location wise i cant say its not very near to mall road but you can walk around 1 km which take 20 min approx.... Food was good..... Rooms are little bit noisy but you can manage... Overall nice stay...

The hotel was very good and close to shimla mall road. The staff were every polite and server better. The rooms were clean. Food was good.
