Bad experience; the hotel staff, in particular the front desk employees, are the worst people we have ever met; they lack professionalism and behave rudely.The restrooms lack a functional water connection, and the bucket cups appear to have not been washed in a week.I will not hold Treebo responsible for my awful experience, as I have stayed in other Treebo hotels and they are renowned for their kindness. However, Treebo should take responsibility for this property. Thank you.

This place is really comfy. Food is good. We had 4 days stay. And it was really great. The price is reasonable too.

Stayed there for 2 nights, booked 2 rooms for 4 people. This feels like home. Very good food, spacious rooms with balconies, dining and sitting areas. Pros: Complimentary breakfast and food was too good Staffs were very polite and supportive. Rooms were clean and spacious. Dining and sitting area was there and well decorated. Location is good, 20 mins from station, Zoo and City Center in walking distance. Cons: Nothing much, but the AC could have been better. Will definitely recommend.

The room was well furnished & clean.. It was a nice and comfortable stay after a long journey. Really loved the kind gesture that the staff showed by giving us a momento to cherish.. It would be a lifetime memory..

Well maintained properly with few rooms. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. Our room had a balcony with a decent view. The furniture and the bed is comfortable and well designed. Good shower with adequate water pressure and hot water. Overhead shower works well too. The staf were very friendly and helpful. Swift check in and check out. Food was delivered promptly and was tasty. Ample parking space and elevator to reach the top floor. We really enjoyed our stay here and we would recommend this place to anyone passing through the area while looking for a place to stay. Go for it, you will not regret it!

Rooms were great, the service was top notch. It was a very homely feeling with all kinds of natural elements that we rarely find in a city. The location is good as well. Although, the rooms are not sound proof at all. So any conversation from outside the room is clearly heard from inside the rooms close to the reception hall. Overall experience is 5/5.
