One of the great stays till yet in Udaipur. The staff, the management and the rest other person were so humble & grounded. The services were beyond the mark, we travelled with our dog and the Room book was small but they provided us the large one with same rates. The ambience, the vibes, the cleanliness,the rooms everything was awesome. People can adjust anywhere, but if your pet stay happily and enjoy there stay then it's remarkable when they feel safe. It was a home atmosphere there & everything was just at walking distance. For the next trips also we will go ahead with the same & will suggest other to opt there services. Hoping to see soon.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, I had a fantastic experience. The service was exceptional and the room was spacious, clean and well-maintained. The price of my stay was very reasonable and offered excellent value for money. It was great to get such good service at such an affordable rate. To top it all off, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful in getting me a cab for my airport drop. They made sure that I got to the airport on time, which was a huge relief. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, the service was great, and the location was convenient.

A heritage haveli with excellent facilities and a beautiful rooftop restaurant with very good quality dining and food. The heritage hotel is within the heart of city with city palace and Jagdish hotel a 2 minute walk. One can watch the Rajasthani folk dance at Bagore ki Haveli everyday at 7 pm which is on Gangaur Ghat again a must watch and a 1 minute walk from the hotel. Overall the hotel is best suited for young and old with a lift facility which accommodates 4 at a time. A highly recommend this property. Mr. Gajendra & Mr. Ankit Jain excel in managing the property and stays.

Best hotel near Jagdish temple.Book it blindly. Bathroom and Bedroom are perfect from each n every angle. Best Budget Hotel.Restaurant ambience is also awesome.Food quality may be improved.

Sooperb hotel to stay, polite and joyous staff. Great breakfast options clean rooms and restaurant offers a great view of the city around. Only negative point about this hotel is that it doesn't have any parking space. People would have to park their vehicles in nearest government parking spots, which is chargeable on hourly basis.

Great hotel with amazing and budget friendly rooms. The staff is amazing the rooms are clean situated just 70 metres from gangaur ghat offers amazing views as well, from rooftop cafe. The host are also very friendly

Food is okay. The wifi and network connection is really very bad, the hotel wifi itself is unable to connect in the room. The area and vicinity is very congested and there is no peace in the room, continuous street noise and even the balcony of the room cannot be opened, there is another building adjacent to it and people can easily peep into the room. The staircase to the reception is very claustrophobic and narrow to climb. The vehicle leveraged cannot climb the doorstep of the hotel as there is no turning space, you need to get down 500m down the slope and then reach the hotel. The room shown on MTM booking is nowhere close to what was provided for the stay. Overall experience is okay/average.
