Positives are good room interiors, decent bed comfort, air conditioning, and courtesy of staff. Location is close to the place where we wanted, accessible and connected well. Need improvement: The floor wasn't cleaned for long, need to wear shoes to keep feet clean. No sound proofing, so noise from highways during night. No hot water. TV cable connection wasn't paid, subscription due so can't watch much. Shower handle in bathing area couldn't be used as the knob was broken. Overall lack of system to monitor quality.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Treebo Trend The White Tree and overall, it was a delightful experience. The hotel staff provided a warm and friendly welcome upon my arrival. Check-in was smooth, and they were attentive to my needs throughout my stay. My room was clean, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable relaxing space. The bed was cozy, and the amenities were in good condition.

Extremely poor quality room - poorly maintained toilets and general quality of wear and tear - No hot water - even if you keep the tap open for 10-15 minutes the water is only mild warm and when you tell staff, they say it will come in sometime and then you just decide to have a cold water batch as you have no choice. The worst part is that the flush of the toilet didn't work and there was no water in the jet - an extremely frustrating experience. These hotels are low cost but they cust corners everywhere to save cost - never want to stay in White tree again

Such a great place to stay. I stayed here for 5 days with my parents and it was such a nice experience to be there. Complementary breakfast is available but you don't have the options for lunch and dinner but you can have your zomato/swiggy options. Staff is nice and the location is also really good. Totally recommend it

Came for a dinner with few clients. Good experience with food. Choices were limited but the staff and service made up for it with their smiles and prompt attitude. Special call out for Shoumik for running around ensuring that we keep sitting. Cheers for the overall good experience. Keep it up.
