Very pleasant stay at this hotel although it was just one night. Check-in was superfast and the room had a nice welcome feel to it. The bathroom was spotless and all amenities worked correctly. Breakfast was very good with fresh, hot food served and replenished well. Comprised a good spread with good taste. Although the hotel did not serve other meals, we ordered through Swiggy, delivery of which was very prompt as this location is in the heart of the city. I recommend this hotel to any one who is looking for a good stay at a reasonable tariff.

The late check-in option until 11.30 pm was convenient for my late arrival. The rooms were okay, nothing extraordinary but decent enough for a short stay. The free breakfast buffet was a nice addition and offered a decent variety of options. However, the parking area was quite small and limited. Overall, it was an average experience with a few positives and areas for improvement.

Budget friendly hotel. Light on the wallet. Rooms and washrooms are clean with basic add on, A/C, Wi-Fi and hot water available 24 hours. Limited cable TV channels.

Do not use this website or app for the booking they make fake promises and the hoteliers associated with them are pathetic in service they don't know how to handle the customers. Receptionists are the worst. Treebo team is also not helpful when we call them for help. Rating ZEROOOOO. TREEBO DON'T KNOW THE MEANING OF TOILETRIES BECAUSE IN THE HOTEL THEY GIVE ONLY LOCAL BRANDLESS SHOWER GEL AND NOTHING ELSE YOU SHOULD ONLY CARRY YOUR OWN TOILETRIES. THINK TEN TIMES BEFORE USING THIS APP OR WEBSITE FOR BOOKING. Worst App the information given by them is half they don't know meaning of toiletries. The hoteliers are not helpful the hotels don't have proper parking facility especially in Mangalore hotel horizon they don't have parking you have to leave your vehicle somewhere on the road away from the hotel they don't give proper breakfast only 3 to 4 items. What ever you ask to the hotel staff they say talk to the owner. Treebo team is also not helpful. Worst experience. Donot use this app.......

We had been there for 4 Nights and booked it initially for 3 Adults but they were kind enough to allow 4 Adults in a Standard Room at a little extra cost. Rooms were cleaned everyday and breakfast was good enough. We didn't have to face the problem of looking for a hotel to have breakfast early in the morning. We easily get autos to travel anywhere in the city due to its prime location.

It's an ok spot as I was just trying to stay a night. Decent sized bed room, but the food can be better.

Best place to stay in Mangalore on a good budget. Very clean rooms and good service. Food is also good here.

Good location. Budget friendly. Well furnished. No direction sign board for the entrance and basement parking. There are few parking spots in front of the hotel and if they are occupied, they block the entrance make it impossible to get inside. Felt front desk staff need to be more courteous or need to be trained to deal with new guests. Also there was strong sewage stink in the passage/open area in front of rooms during our stay on 2nd floor and one of the rooms had water drain issues.
