This was my second stay along with my college friends. I had an incredible experience at Hotel Sunheads! The hospitality was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay outstanding. The treatment I received was truly amazing. Highly recommended!

Everything is good about this place. It is very close from the main road. You have many cafes and restaurant accessible around its perimeter. The service is top notch. And the rooms are well maintained with the best use of space for functionality.

Hotel Sunheads in Goa is an absolute gem! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering stunning views of the surrounding area. . The food at the hotel's restaurant was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. Breakfast, in particular, was a treat, with a sumptuous spread to kickstart each day. The location of the hotel couldn't be better - it's just a short walk away from the beach, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was incredibly helpful in providing recommendations for local attractions and arranging transportation. I can't praise Hotel Sunheads enough for their exceptional hospitality and service. I recently stayed at treebo sunheads and I must say, it was an incredibly disappointing experience. Firstly, they failed to provide a timely check-in. I arrived at the hotel after a long and tiring journey, only to find out that my room was not ready. The staff seemed disorganized and unapologetic about the inconvenience caused. I had to wait for an hour in the lobby, which was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, the breakfast provided by the hotel was simply terrible. The food was cold, stale, and lacked any variety. The buffet spread was extremely limited, and the quality of the items offered was abysmal. I expected a decent breakfast to start my day, but instead, I was left feeling unsatisfied and hungry. Overall, my experience at Hotel was a complete letdown. The lack of punctuality during check-in and the poor quality of breakfast made my stay extremely unpleasant. I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel if you value your time and expect decent meals during your stay

Booked 2 rooms for one night. We reached early and asked for early check in but wasn't available that is fine acceptable. So we did sightseeing and returned at 4pm still our room was not ready. One room was too small. The rooms are basic like a guest house not a hotel room. Very badly designed. The toilet door height is 5'6". Banged my head every time I forgot to bend while stepping out. The wash basin and wc are located so near that When you use the wc it feels like wash basin is in your lap. The phone is a showpiece, has no indications where to call for any service. A 9 digit mobile number is mentioned at entrance switch board in small letters which I noticed while checking out. Room had no outside view..so no idea if it was day /night..raining, sunny and obviously no natural ventilation. The window which opened into some store like space is screwed shut and covered with bubble wrap from outside. Staff seemed polite ok..but while checking out the receptionist didn't bother to even look up from his mobile. May be I was given worst room in the hotel althought the hotel was not so occupied. The restaurant here is good. Food was fine. Staff is polite. For a mumbaikar it was almost empty with only half of the tables occupied. Still the waiter called it a rush and warned our order would take time and stayed true to his word. I guess to compensate for above cons, Room is equipped with mini fridge and tea coffee maker,tv..impressed with number of tv channels subscribed.

M ur regular customer for past 2 years now dis month I wanted a room for me n my partner couldn't attend a call nor respond my msges by the stuff Got a lot of attitude to the stuff. If u pple can't treat or respect ur regular customers properly den I guess u won't able to provide a good service for the new once. I really want someone to attend it specially frm the superior stuff or owner to respond it. For this month I hav booked to the other bt plse try to attend ur regular customer Ik it's tourist session bt at least u can give revert us can't treat a customer carelessly

Maximum benefits of 3 star hotel with minimal nominal charges at prominent location in Panaji. All the amenities provided and restaurant present at property. 100% value for money. P.S: Treebo franchise hotels are best in its class at minimal nominal charges.
