This was one of the worst hotel where we have ever stayed. It is like a govt guest house. No breakfast no restaurant no hot water in the washroom(Hot water is provided only in the morning) parking is little away from the hotel. Everything put together it is horrible stay for the price we pay and in this price range there are nice options in Mysore

I liked the place as the rooms and the entire Hotel was neat and clean and well maintained. Staff of the hotel was very cooperative, the service from the hotel crew was very quick. Washrooms were also cleaned. This hotel is actually 6 km away from the city centre and you can find many vegetarian and non vegetarian restaurants nearby this hotel. Overall the location is good and many places are approachable within a time.

The rooms are not bad. But they are overpriced for what the offer. At 2000 INR a night...they have no hot water in the bathrooms even at 7pm....only from a certain restricted time there is hot water in the bathroom..breakfast is not bad but no food can be ordered in you have to rely on Zomato or swiggy. Clean towels and sheets and decent sized rooms are the only upside. The air-conditioning is iffy and they seem to be understaffed. Disappointing over all.

If there was an option I would have given negative stars for the service. Worst service I have ever seen. Rude housekeeping persons, especially the staff of the restaurant. The food is the worst I have tasted so far, and I've seen a lot of restaurants but none like this one. The restaurant staff feels as if they are feeding some beggars for free. Even though you pay a price for your meals, they will serve you as if they are feeding you from their pockets. However, the rest of the hotel staff is good and responsive. The ambiance and the rooms are good. The rooms are hyginic and well maintained.

Good location, right next to a mall and a supermarket, within walk-able distance. Staff are courteous. Clean and comfortable room. Enough space to park the car. Definitely value for money. Facilities could have been better. 1. Hot water wasn't available, despite talking to the staff 2. Breakfast range was very limited

Very rude receptionist. Neither would she address your concerns, on top of that lacks politeness. My request for change of room which I raised immediately after entering the room was declined station I should have made a special request for it beforehand, how would one do it beforehand and sees the room for the 1st time? Really weird response from someone in hospitality industry. Hotel in general is located in a nice location, not far from railway station but the rooms really require maintenance. The walls are stained and dirty plus broken here and there. As I said requires maintenance. People other than one receptionist sounds decent folks. I would not recommended this place, where service is really non existent.

Decent budget hotel in Mysore, located in a calm area - Jayalakshmipuram. A no frills hotel, serves a good South Indian breakfast (complimentary). Room size was OK. Service was not bad. Linen was basic. Toilet/Bath Room needs a bit of work - lights didn't work properly, water was not very warm, shower door did not close shut.

I feel this hotel is bit over rated. My experience was not that great due to multiple reasons: 1) Receptionist told me that I have to carry my luggage to my room on my own since their person is not available. 2) The toilet flush was malfunctioning. 3) The complimentary breakfast was quite terrible. 4) Walls were bit stained and there was a small Moser baer TV in the room. Though the room was good and linens were clean. Also, this property seems to be in a residential area, do check google maps whether the location suits you.
