You get only the breakfasts here. Close to Kolhapur railway station.We had booked a suit .Good for a cosy stay.Yiy get bunk bed in the suit..kids from 10 years and above are considered as adults in all the Treebo hotels.
The property has lost its service which was great earlier. The rooms were not clean. Cleaning done after we complained. lift, Air conditioning, TV nothing was working. No food or even tea available at 4 pm. Tea served at 6.30 pm . About food we were directed to nearby hotel. It seems some big issue about management. Fortunately staff is polite and helping. Visit this place only if you don't have any option. Great scope of improvment as system is in place but it's not being kept functional.
Rooms were clean. It's few kms away from the Mahalxmi temple.
This place in heart of the city that's why I choose to be here for a day but disappointed with service and food. Place is congested and parking scene is horrible because they have basement parking with stiff slope. Bathroom was uncleaned No toiletries in bathroom No water bottle in room. They charged us for breakfast and sent only veg sandwich which is cold and dry.
I stayed in this hotel in first week of November 2022 with my family. Typically when it's a Treebo Trend hotel the breakfast spread is decent and unlimited. However here they had just two options and we could choose only one of those and that too only one portion/plate. It's too less a quantity even for kids. On asking they allowed unlimited though they didn't mention so clearly and I came to know only during billing that they hadn't charged for the additional plates. In any case I had breakfast only once there since they didn't have good spread. Also there preparation was basic. It'll remind you of sandwich one would have had in konkan 15-20 years back. It's literally vegetables and bread. No butter, very little chutney. Location is fine. Staff was OK, could be more courteous. But for the price I paid it's totally disappointing. Have had better experiences in kolhapur itself at much lower prices. Not the usual Treebo experience.
Very nice hotel.they have big rooms compare to other hotels with this price range. Recently I have stayed in this property. Staff is very cooperative and helpful. Food was excellent and also they have yummy complimentary breakfast we enjoyed our trip, good for family stay .
Rooms's are okay type, Location is prime, very near to Rway Station, Mahalaxmi Temple is around 1.5km, Bedsheets are not upto mark clean, Breakfast is average.... Overall Average Stay
