Rooms stink. Dirty bed sheets. No restaurant. Room service staff was polite. Hotel expects you to tell them what is not ok and then they will try to look into it. They dont check the rooms for its readiness for the next guest, till you call them.

Broken furniture, missing taps on washbasin stingy smell in room waiting for you.. towels were torned.. over priced rooms.. service is good, food is good but if rooms are that bad one always avoid to stay.. in 2000 per night we can get far far better property

I recently stayed at the Treebo Trend Shivani Hotel in Indore, and I must say, it was an amazing experience. The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is conveniently located in a very nice area, very close to all the attractions and markets in Indore. The room was very neat and clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff at the hotel was also very friendly and helpful. The food was also delicious and reasonably priced. Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel, and I will definitely recommend it to others.

Rooms are bit old but location is good as its very near by to market, sarafa baazar etc. Service was good and cant complain for the pricing it provides. Over all 4 stars

Even on hotel side also not call when we not even reach at late night @ 10 PM .

Good experience from the start. Hotel is located in middle of all important tourist attractions, market and residential area. Proximity to residential area helped as we had to seek urgent medical assistance which was available at walkable distance. Autos are available in front of the hotel as it is just opposite bus stand. Rooms are clean, neatly arranged with classic theme. There is lot of furniture that helped us to keep things appropriately. Hot and cold water is available 24 x 7. Breakfast is complimentary. The staff is very polite and friendly. After checkout, we received the bill properly and promptly. Knowing the general practice of hotels in the vicinity, it was a welcome change.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was good . They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.
