Hotel Location is VIP in Nagpur. Rooms are very cleaned and hospatility is awesome. In-house kitchens food taste is perfect also worth it for me
Hand spray was damaged and removed, AC is not working properly huge water was dripping inside on the floor. TV was not working. Lift door at third floor is not opening. Therefore we must use stair all the time. Very bad experience. I am not recommending this worst property.

Overall a Good hotel for stay ,but as per the prices are concerned the service and room arrangement is not as per the mark. Bathrooms were too small and not nicely cleaned. I stayed there for two days but they didn't even come for room service.
We stay here for 1 day and 2 night. There is no proper service given by hotel staff like rooms are not clean, no water provided when reached in rooms, towels not provided, no toilet paper, no soap. Mirror in the bathroom is like you cannot see your face.
No hot water was provided.
Breakfast was not served properly. They order limited breakfast from outside, if one of the breakfast item is finished and customers ask to repeat then staff replies it's finished.
Overall very bad experience

Good hotel, courteous staff, close proximity to the airport. Did not face any problems at the hotel. Service was prompt. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Overall a very good experience.
