Small rooms but well maintained and clean. Very near to RK beach and in a prime location. Not many food options for free breakfast and no restaurant for the hotel.
The location of the property is very nice ,nearer to RK beach .rooms are good but one can notice houseflies and small ants every where. Service is not soo great .they won't put wet mop to the floor, we need to ask soaps and water bottles everyday at bench office .it seems they doesn't know what is floor mat in front of bathroom .morning breakfast is boring .Over all my 4 days of stay , I enjoyed much as per prime location wise and transportation for sight seeing.treebo should check my review and I hope they will make better day by day .

Very good location. Staff behaviour is very good. Breakfast was awesome. We really enjoyed. We are satisfied.
The rooms are okay but the services are pathetic. Breakfast included only Idly and Bonda, and it was same all the days I stayed here. Housekeeping ladies were eating at breakfast serving table which is weird. My room was not clean despite of asking the receptionist to get it done. The receptionist attitude towards customer is also concerning.
This hotel is located at about 250m from the famous RK beach. One can simply go by walk to the beach. Rooms are neat and clean and the staffs were supportive. Book the rooms in advance if you are planning in the weekend.
Hotel location is good but room service is worst...everyday we need to ask for soaps,waterbottles etc....they wont provide door mats atleast infront of bathroom, they dnt like to mop room....
these are the minimum service they should provide atleast....soo dirty rooms because of poor cleaning...house flies and ants everywhere, while cleaning the room those people also wearing cheppals which r dirty...

Treebo Management need to look in this matter.
