A Nice and Decent Hotel in Vijayawada for staying. A Plus point is this hotel is located near to Bus Stand and Railway Station. The rooms were neat and clean. A Good option if you want to stay for 2 - 4 days. The staff here is cooperative and strict also. Overall a good option to stay in Vijayawada

Worst hotel I have ever seen. Staff were very bad. Bad service. They didn't even provide us the room keys. Everytime we have to call them to open the room. Not at all safe for ladies. There was cigarette smell through out the night. Bedsheets were torn. Taps were broken. Wouldn't recommend at all.
Very bad experience. Bad service. Staff are arrogant and not cooperative. Taking high charge. Stayed two days during our stay there, they didn't clean the room , but they asked money for that also... U can get several better rooms with low charge adjacent to hotel savera grand.
Overpriced hotel. They say they are the only hotel that allows pets, but charges extra 500 per pet. Basic facilities are available but charge is on high end. Even for a bowl of boiled rice,they charge Rs 100. Our room was smelly and not cleaned properly, so we had to ask for air freshener. Room service is not upto mark.We saw water bottles left by previous occupants. Previous hotel we stayed in offered excellent service with pets on less rate. Do not prefer the hotel.
Needs update, rooms taps are broken, WiFi only in corridor and not in rooms, TV in room broken,though staff tries to be helpful. Was told number of times that it is very easy to get auto at 4 am however reception guy ditched at last minute by providing auto services to another guest. We had to hurry(another boy from same hotel ran to get us auto thankfully, but the guy at reception did not care a hoot).
Location is good near Railway station, but staff behaviour is very rude they don't speak Hindi and only money Oriented not customer friendly.I wouldn't recomend any one to stay there.
Very worst rooms, lots of dust, so many mosquitoes, terrible bathrooms. What they say it won't be there. They said breakfast is complimentary at the time of check-in and in the morning when asked for breakfast they said water bottle is complimentary not breakfast. At the time of checkout they said to pay for water bottle. Please never ever go for this hotel. It's worst experience ever had

The hotel is peacefully located. Avoid the rooms facing the road as you will hear some traffic sounds which may disturb you if you are a light sleeper. Rooms are pretty clean and well maintained. Took a suite room and it was good for the price paid.
