The rooms are not ventilated. Bathrooms are average. We were duped of money as we went directly offline without checking prices. So they took almost 1000 extra from us. Breakfast was tasteless and below average.
If there is no other option available for stay, then you could go there. Staff is helpful though.
DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL.
I booked it for my family
1) Hotel staff are highly arrogant, use bad word while speaking and as you are help less and no where to go and money already paid, you will not have any option.
2) Electric appliances not working
In cold weather they tell u excuse like "this appliances just got disfuction "
(They assure u it is available but it will not)
3) room are not ventilated
4) very poor food quality
5) treebo helpline not helpful in solving grivences
6) no good restaurant near
7) waste of money(add some money and book other hotel will prevent you mood from getting spoiled)

People are friendly and helpful. Importantly it is close to center for Khushalngar.
Breakfast comes with a limited options but good taste.

The hotel rooms are not clean. Basic room requirement is not available untill asked. Electronic equipments are not working in rooms.

The location of this hotel is good. The service is just fine. The complimentary breakfast is pathetic. The bed quality for our room was not good due to which the sleep got disturbed and was very tired during the trip.
