Hotel is strategically located near NH48 (Bangalore - Pune) highway. The linen/blankets/towels etc. are visually not neat but manageable. Breakfast provided is average but not poor. The open space restaurant is the biggest plus. Can sit for a relaxed dinner with some beer. There is manageable parking space (open)

We enjoyed the extended Independence weekend stay. Mr. Patel was exceptionally polite and a wonderful host. The resort offers ample parking and space for leisurely strolls. The restaurant serves delicious food, although the service felt slightly delayed.

Stopped on the way to Pune for a night,room were very clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful especially Mr. Patel and Samir. Complimentary breakfast was provided. Good for family stay.

Stayed for 5 days from 16 to 21st aug . me, wife n 2 kids on holidays. spoiled holidays because 1. its more of kalyana mantapa than a resort. 2. no buffet breakfast, its served in plates to room to eat on bed. coz they want to close restsurant 3. we were given 1st floor rooms with asbestos sheet top with cardboard false ceiling. so every night we had see few thousand insects on bed. big wild lizard..2 inch gap between floor n door. its a boys hostel room. 4. nothing for kids, except broken carrom board and chess board. 5. every corner u will see debris of trees, construction work debris 6. lawns need lots of maintenence. 7. our ill fate , there were two functions, one baby shower, one birthday party..resort n staff are more interested in parties than resort customers. 8. they said swimming pool construction is on. dont know when will it be completed. 9 our breakfast for 5 days - poha , idli, cold tea - poha, idli, cold tea ( had to quarrel with staff , as kids rejected) - poha, paratha, cold tea - poha , vada, hot tea - poha, pav bhaji, hot tea. i told my wife not to cook poha for next 6 months at home. 10. I dont find anything positive to write.. we paid Rs 26500/- for five days for sheet top kalyana mantapa room cant blame the staff there. Treebo has partnered with kalyana mantapa owner, a few months back and travellers, specially Bengalurians, u will forget the meaning of the word RESORT. Request to treebo company. please dont send travellers here, claiming it as resort.. its bed n breakfast place. Till everything is completed, upto date dont call it resort Take this review in positive way Thank you Vinaya kumar K S

Best ever resort for all type of functions. My baby naming ceremony function was well managed by Karishma in resort lawn. Best food quality and best management with affordable rates.

Good place to stay overnight if on a road trip along Mumbai Bangalore highway... Close to the highway... Very clean and food served is also good. Sunil, the manager took good care during our overnight stay

Worst PPL after booking from online and reached there they dumbly rejected saying no rooms, and no concern as well..we went there at night time with family after a horrible 3 hour drive only on Ghat road because of traffic jam... Never book and trust these guys

Selected this hotel based on previous reviews on Google. We were there for 3 nights. The hotel is clean, has green big lawns, though we did not use it but gives a good feeling. The best was thier service. Very good and with a personal touch. People would ask if we are comfortable any issues. Very polite. Food was good, had our lunch and dinner at the hotel, it's good. Overall, it was a very good experience for the 3 nights stay.
