Treebo Trend Rithikha Inn Elite - Hotel in Chennai, Ramapuram - Chennai, India

Being a last minute booking after been canceled abruptly by Fab Hotel Golden Swan an hour before check. Treebo Trend Rithikha Inn made my stay pleasant. Staff were very helpful and made my travel bookings and take always. I would recommend this hotel to any person. I was a solo traveler but felt safe at all times. Room and bathroom was clean and tidy too

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, our check-in time was supposed to be at 12 pm, but we were made to wait for a frustrating 1.5 hours before finally receiving the room keys. To make matters worse, only one of the rooms was given to us at 1:15 pm, while the other room's keys were handed over to us late at night when we returned from being outside. This was quite inconvenient and disappointing. Upon entering the room, we were appalled by its condition. It was in a very bad state, and to our utter dismay, we found evidence of someone having spit inside the room, and it clearly hadn't been cleaned. This was extremely unpleasant and showed a lack of proper housekeeping. Adding to our disappointment, the hotel was undergoing construction, and the hallways were blocked with various items, making the entire place messy and hazardous. The overall atmosphere felt unsafe, which was a significant concern for the well-being of my family. The coffee provided was rushed and poorly prepared, lacking basic hygiene standards. This did not leave a good impression on us, especially considering that a simple thing like a cup of coffee should be easily manageable. Furthermore, the breakfast that was provided was of very poor quality. It lacked variety, freshness, and tasted quite unappetizing. It was certainly not up to the standard we expected from a hotel. In conclusion, our stay at this hotel was disappointing and far from pleasant. The delayed check-in, poorly maintained room, ongoing construction, unclean coffee, and subpar breakfast all contributed to our negative experience. We hope that the hotel management takes our feedback constructively and makes necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for future guests.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Treebo Trend Rithikha Inn Elite. The rooms are not that much large even though they felt comfortable and well-maintained. With the limited space, The hotel efficiently uses the area to provide all the necessary amenities. The staff at the hotel seem to have a friendly and accommodating attitude. They were always prompt in responding to your inquiries or requests, which helped make your experience pleasant and stress-free. Another aspect to consider is the hotel location in a bustling area. Traffic can be a bit congested when reaching the hotel. However, once inside, the noise and chaos of the surroundings are pleasantly muted, allowing for a peaceful stay. Yet, I encountered an issue with the TV not working. Despite this minor inconvenience, I must say that my overall experience at the hotel was quite satisfactory.

They have pretty good and affordable rooms. Housekeeping was not done in a 2 day stay. Very far to reach from nearest metro . They also provide complimentary breakfast and tea/coffee but unfortunately it got finished at 9:50 am. Reception guys are helpful .tv wasn't working the first day and wifi dint work the last day .my flight was late so asked for a late check-out , which they dint provide saying they re full, but there were vacant rooms , the guy told me it's chargeable 150/hr after 11 am. The hotel appears to be an apartment converted to a hotel. Cons: 1) Bad access roads leading to the hotel. 2) Extremely difficult to get Uber or autos / no Uber or autos after 530 pm using apps. Looks like autos and Ubers do not want to come to a pick-up point located in this area; to be frank, the area looks deserted after 530 pm. 3) Better toiletries to be provided. Toothbrush and small toothpaste to be provided, please. Shower cap too to be provided. Please check leaking taps and faucets as there could be a lot of water waste. 4) A board that mentions no food from outside should be removed. It is impossible to even get autos and Ubers from here to nearby restaurants like Buhari or Sangeeta hotel. The hotel should make suitable provisions for customers to order food from these restaurants directly to their room. On my last visit to the hotel, I could not get an auto or Uber to Sangeetha hotel (nearest good / premium restaurant from hotel) so I and my wife had to skip dinner. 5) Ensure customers are aware of the reception intercom no's and the step by step method of switching on the tv in the room and channels available. Proper details and instructions to be displayed appropriately in the room. 6) Ensure All Out mosquito repellent is adequately stocked. Both liquid dispensers were empty when I checked in. 7) Ensure proper communication to customers (eg room cleaning timings etc.) while / before checking-in as to what is and not available in the hotel. 8) Complimentary breakfast: Ensure cleanliness of the serving area located on the 4th floor. The washing area for the trays definitely needs improvement. Pros: 1) Fairly clean rooms and bathrooms with adequate lighting. 2) Good working AC.

Very nice place to stay. It's completely into residential area. The staff are very helpful. Request the hotel to provide dinner in the night. It would be of great.

Rooms are pretty small, don't go by the image. TV was not recharged even after requesting. Toilets are clean and spacious.
