Overall experience was good. Only the issue we were faced regarding early check-in. They won't allow to check in early even though rooms were available.they will allow complimentary early check-in after 10 A M only. We booked 3 rooms at a short still they were not able to provide a single room for early check-in. Resturant was average as there were not match crowd at hotel. They will prepare food on demand basis within 10-20 min They need to improve the restaurant facilities like water tissue paper.

Hotel is very good. Stay is comfortable. Only thing that disappointed was the restaurant. The service was extremely poor. It took 1hr for my food to arrive my table. Although there were very few orders that time. Plus the restaurant is not maintained. If you wish to stay here you can but have food outside. Very good options available nearby. The morning breakfast was not upto mark.

checked into the hotel on a Friday afternoon. The parking lot was very small and I had difficulty getting out of my car. The security guard took my contact number and then called me at 7am the next morning to ask me to move my car. I had already given my car keys to the front desk, so I was not sure why I needed to move my car. they just say we don't have driver so you need to do by yourself. The hotel was under construction, so the reception area was small and cramped. The breakfast area was also not clean and the plates and glasses were old. There were only a few items available for breakfast. The water jet in the bathroom was difficult to use because of the unique fitting. I ordered room service for dinner, but the food was not served in the correct order. The starter and main course were served together. The food was good, but the service was not. The air conditioning in the room was not very effective and it took a long time to cool down the room. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean. The reception was always busy and there was no one available to help. Overall, I was not very happy with my stay at the hotel. The construction made the hotel feel cramped and the service was not good. I would not recommend this hotel to others. Here are some suggestions for the hotel: Expand the parking lot so that guests have more space to park their cars. Clean the breakfast area and replace the old plates and glasses. Increase the number of items available for breakfast. Make the water jet in the bathroom easier to use. Train the staff on how to serve food in the correct order. Improve the air conditioning in the rooms. Hire more staff to help with the reception.

The hotel doesn't have the mentality of Hospitality... They can't offer good tea, and offer one or two breakfast options hardly, in the name of juice offering lame sweet syrups.. Worst experience

The room was good enough for stay and is comfortable. Please change the bedsheets, towels or atleast wash properly. Terrific at maintenance and the morning breakfast was not good. Too pricy less satisfaction.

The rooms were super comfortable.. the stay was more good then expected... Have to add the staff was too helpful and polite especially omkar megha and pundlik amol made us feel like we stayed in the house

Rooms very not up to the mark as it is a brand channel moreover at the night I found 2 big Rats are wondering in the lobby so hygine wise i dont prefer next time to be here. reception staff are so confuse they dont know what to do when check in.

Location is very convenient. Rooms are decent. Cleanliness and other facilities need some improvement. Overall a good pick for the cost.
