If you're staying here be specific about what you expect and want. Rooms are not bad, spacious and with expected facilities but housekeeping needs prompting, check the towels, the toilet rolls and such things are in place .. ask you will receive but you shouldn't have to ask! Food is good .. menu decent .. but, for whatever reason service can be slow and orders not accurately followed. This is a hotel that for niggling things being fixed could be 5* across the board. If you booked by Expedia or similar and got a good deal .. maybe OK .. for full price Not yet!

Overall experience is good, The rooms are classy.. Complimentary breakfast is good.. Overall it's good hotel in good location

Had a pathetic experience with this hotel. It no way deserves to be a 3 star hotel. We didnt get hot water in the rooms, advised to waste 8-10 buckets of water to get the hot water. With lot of pain, we got to waste a lot of water to get the hot water since we stayed with kids. Breakfast at restaurant is pathetic, funny part is they dont know how to boil the eggs, we couldn't peel the shells since they were not fully boiled. Restaurant manager is arrogant.

The stay was good also the service rooms were neat and tidy car parking is available

Few of the hotel staffs were very rigid and unwelcoming . There is also a bit of trust deficit. We had 3 rooms for one night(paid in full while entering) and later extended it for one more day.The hotel sent a card swipe machine to collect the payment at room. Cheap and disgusting i may say. They also charged INR500 for a replacement door unlock card which was lost. For every item they delivered from restaurant to room , they took upfront payment (is this a VIZAG problem? Not stereotyping though) . Very unique unpleasant experience definitely not portraying the basic tenets of hospitality industry.

The hotel is located at the centre of the city you can get anything easily at just downstairs of the hotel, perfectly located best hotel.

A small mutistoried building which has several rooms in each floor, designed as a hotel. The 1st floor has kitchen, reception and restaurant "waltair kitchen". No bell boy, security guard not interested to receive you, carry your own luggage to lift, to reception, to room. Person at reception, not I terested in receiving guests. Food is good but high on price. Room rent includes wifi and breakfast but wifi is rarely available. Complementary breakfast has fixed menu. Room service needs to improve, there doesn't seem to be any service boy. There are two waiters of restaurant "waltair kitchen'" who also does Room service. You can save money on tips, since there are almost no person to collect. The security at ground floor doesn't come forward to pickup your luggage but will stop your car on the way out asking for tips.
