Allthough there are many negative comments about this hotel, I must say that my experience was nothing short of delightful. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of satisfaction I received during my stay. The best part was the incredible value offered within the 2000/- Rs. price range. and Google Maps shows two places within the same are with same name. Basically both are the same place. Don't get confused with that. Overall, my experience at this hotel was flawless. Despite the negative comments I had read before booking, I found everything to be perfect according to my expectations. The rooms were exceptional, the breakfast was satisfying, and the additional amenities such as the lift and parking area made my stay even more convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers who are looking for a budget-friendly option without compromising on quality. I genuinely believe that my positive experience can outweigh the negative reviews, and I am grateful to the hotel for exceeding my expectations.

Overall very good experience of 2 weeks stay. Food was very good. Need and clean rooms.

I was there for my niece's wedding. Huge hall will open space .Can accommodate about a crowd of 500 or more. Food was very good. Rooms are good too. Spacious and comfortable. Place is maintained very well and clean Only problem.is the entrance and parking. Location is also in a very crowded area ,that is why, parking outside is also a problem.

Hotel was at a good location and prices are decent as per the Rooms. Food was the worst, though we were hungry but couldn't make it to the half way. The air conditioner was not working properly when asked the hotel electrician they said it's due servicing from past 3 years which was kind of shocking. Linen was dirty, dust was there around the side tables and menu card. Other than this if you just want a good room then this can be one of the best choices in Guwahati.

Worst hotel experience ever. Was denied entry because my booking rates online were apparently cheap. Had to pay extra cash at first to get the room and made to wait for about an hour in reception. The lady and the guy in their late thirties in reception seriously need some training on etiquette and hospitality. Complained to Treebo hotels customer support and the hotelier paid back the extra cash charged during checkout. Seems like the receptionists were trying to make an extra buck here. I'd rather stay at the footpath than to revisit this place ever again in my life. Horrible is the word I've.

The hotel is pathetic, rooms are so dirty that you can't even stay. The smell is very bad inside the rooms, when asked about the smell, staff responded that rooms are closed so it's smelly. Linens are very dirty, when asked to change, staff responded that all are same as other guests has spoiled them. There were cockroaches in washroom. (Pictures attached) Can't explain the quality of Breakfast they serve. The boiled eggs were rotten and black in colour (pics attached) and smelled like they were boiled at least 30 days back and served today. Breads were also soar like the are getting stock every month. Have to skip breakfast for both days. When asked for discount in lue of Breakfast, staff responded that it's already complimentary so it's our wish to take or not. The negatives are too many that I can't write the whole story in this review. Summary: Please avoid this hotel.

Even after booking a room and making payment I was denied a room. Plus the receptionist lady was very rude and asked me to complain even at Supreme Court, if required but she would not allow me to stay as I got a good deal from OYO. Please do not book and embarrass yourself in front of these money hungry morale-less people

Stayed here for one night. As per price, it was not up to mark. Pros: it is in city centre, parking space is good enough. Market is nearby. Price is reasonable Negative experiences: Bedsheets was not clean, no water available there when we arrive when ask for drink they give 1 liter water @25 Rs. Most important, mosquito in room, could not sleep whole night. There was a marriage there on same day, so it was disturbing for other guests. Also in room, there was only one chair. Fan regulator was not there, broken, we have to run it on full when mosquito were biting. So 2 stars
