I will be direct here. Had a three-night stay. Overall, it's okay but not worth the price paid. The receptionist is not at all welcoming and gives weirdly rude replies. Rooms are big and clean and have a spacious cupboard as well. Toilets are huge but even basic toiletries are absent (they have two liquid washes inside though). Lights are too dim. Breakfast options are limited. Parking space was available for us. In a nutshell, won't stay here again if I find a better option in the same price range.

I'm really sorry for writing this review. We checked in on 17th Sep for one night and gosh that night was so disgusting. Power went on and off and we couldn't even blink an eye the entire night. We were in room no. 501 and there was something wrong in that room. I never felt so restless anywhere in the world. Besides this, the lighting was so dim and it was a depressing ambience, with no toiletries in the bathroom. 3 to 4 times we had to call the reception regarding the power cut issue and had to go downstairs at 3 am. Forget about getting sleep, we couldn't even blink an eye. Very bad experience. When I looked at the breakfast in the morning, I decided to fast. Really, it was just boiled eggs and bread on the side with some south Indian strange food items.

It was a last minute booking , with a "last minute price drop" on Agoda. Excellent deal. My room was on the 7th floor , room #703. It was comfortable and relaxed and peaceful stay. Tiny , Cosy , bright, airy , neat and clean room . Good internet connection. Beautiful view. Good location. A coconut vendor outside for refreshing coconut drink A tea shop next door with outdoor seating CON: Need to improve a lot on the food. No toiletries provided.

Worst experience ever had from a hotel room. AC had water leakage issues. When informed a staffmen came and temporary solved that but after sometime the issue started again in the midnight which ruined our sleep. And in the morning the power went off and the generator was also not working when we went to reception( All the way from sixth floor to ground floor by step as the lift was down) the receptionist was not there just enquired with staffmen and he told that the power will be back in 5 minutes. Even after 1 hour the power was not there I have to go to the ground floor again(The telephone was also down as power was not there) then also the receptionist was not there again the staffmen told he actually don't know when the power will be back. After all the struggle power which has went off on 7.30 am came back by 9.30 am. Power shut down of 2 hours that too in a trusted hotel is not at all acceptable. We were not able to use heater or charge our mobiles and gadgets due to the problem. After all these experiences the we told the receptionist these things during checkout but he was very arrogant and unprofessional and he told that all over trivandrum the problem is there and we can't do anything and he was not even ready to apologise to what has happened. And they won't extend the checkout time for getting you ready because that's their policy.Never ever I will suggest this hotel to anyone because of their worst service especially when you are with your family on a vaccation as the hotel experience will ruin your entire trip.

Never stayed in such a good hotel within this price range. Highly recommended. Pros Exceptionally clean. Nice location. Cons No daily room service(cleaning/replacing amenities) No soap/dental kit. But for the price, quite manageable Breakfast was just ok. Still, if I ever have to stay in a hotel in tvm it is going to be Park Hotel.

One of the best experience i ever had.... I stayed with family at park hotel for two nights and and its an official visit for my wife at medical college which is almost 1 km away from park hotel, the rooms are well maintained and exact the same as the photos (which is very rarely happen). i was amazed by the quality of their service during our stay, they were ready to make food even out of the menu for my 1.5 years old baby . As a Malabari origin chef ,i was so prejudiced about the Trivandrum biriyani but i was terribly mistaken and it was one of the best biriyani i ever had ,cant forget the aroma of fish curry. Will visit exclusively for exploring your amazing foooood. Thanks & kudos to team Park hotel ,especially chef Nizar, Nithin and all your crew members.

Rooms were not clean, washrooms were big enough but not properly maintained. Staffs were cooperative, but overall room, lift experience were bad as we felt bad smell in the lift surrounding etc. Bed spreads were ask to replace atleast twice as it was not clean. Overall the property is not maintained properly. We could not make for complementary breakfast as we left early

Good place for a quiet stay. It's not a posh hotel but they have very neat and hygienic rooms with good views. Good for couple of days stay for business or personal.
