1st most important don't believe google photos and Treebo photos those are old pics . In reality it's old look inside lobby area n all it's dark n smell This have property everything but they don't maintain. Example AC water was leaking throughout my 2 days stay spoiled my Kolkata trip experience. Floor was full wet when they handed over keys . Full room and lobby if this hotel entire dark n smells a lot . Breakfast nice that's only thing I can say good . Location near garage local crowded . They have strict to order food in their in-house canteen but food served was horrible for what you pay . Even tea n coffee chargers is more than 60rs per cup strange water bottle they charge 60rs quite high for this quality hotel . Overall not worthy to visit stay here . This my heartily comments on them they want one time customer I believe.

We received a room with clean bedsheet, not too bad washroom, AC that works, friendly behavior from the staff, and tasty breakfast all in a very reasonable price. I would say this is worth about 4.5 stars in these days. The locality is congested and surrounded with old broken buildings but that's what the heart of a 300 years old city looks like. Would recommend and stay in future in needed.

This hotel is very bad service they don't provide my breaks fast. Hotel staff is not friendly. Very round behave I will never suggest any one to book this hotel

Highly unprofessional behavior of the receptionist and the staff of the hotel. Not recommended..!! We booked the hotel by checking the ratings but unfortunately it turned out to be extremely poor.

It is a great place to stay in Kolkata if u plan to stay in a central location. Loved it personally. Breakfast buffet is also good. Can be booked via treebo app.

Treebo Tread hotel rooms are neat and clean. The complementary buffet breatfast is too good. The staffs are neatly dressed and the service is so good. We enjoyed the stay. Very near and taxi is available anytime.

Faraz from Front Desk and Rakesh from F&B gave excellent service. Thanks to their pleasant nature, my stay was memorable. Room was neat and clean and had all amenities. I had a very good stay. The bell boys were also very nice and polite.. BTW - The Front Office guy on duty in the morning was still sleeping on the floor when I went to check out at 8:40 AM. Only thing is there are bar/restaurants outside and people were talking very loudly till late.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days. Staffs are co operative. There was minor delay at check in. We stayed in Deluxe room. Rooms were good and clean. Staff also provided additional pillows for safety of my 10 month old baby. Location of the hotel is good. Buffet breakfast was complimentary and was tasty. 1 tip : Kindly buy 1 Or 2 litre water bottle from outside and tell the room service to fill that daily. They will readily do that. Otherwise you will end up paying Rs 37.00 for a Rs 20.00 bottle. Food rates are on higher side. Only issue I had was miscommunication between treebo central office and individual hotel person. I requested for late check out and central office told that there will be no fee charged if I check out till 2 pm but hotel staff told that there will be charges applicable. Overall the stay was safe and good. Clean room and staff behaviour especially Gautam and other guys who look after the breakfast.
