This was my first visit to Nagpur and the autorick wala took me to this hotel in reshimbagh area, The hotel is on the main road, the room was big and with basic necessities. Bed was not great and I couldn't sleep properly... Breakfast had limited local options not that great.
It was an amazing experience. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They helped me to change my room next day because of weak internet connectivity. They also allowed me early check-in after reaching the hotel. The service was very prompt and I did not have to remind again for anything.
The room, desk provided was very comfortable. The AC was working fine so I could attend my online sessions properly.
Hotel is over all clean . They do not allow early check in , I wait for 2 hours. Restaurant service is OK , they will insist for miniral water , Breakfast is ok but service is average. Toilet was not clean and flap was broken. watchman at gate is good fellow, he guide you well for parking or any local area query .
Their is a person at reception 4th October 2023...not attending calls nor update for pre booked customers
If for preebooking customers this is the service than it is a hell...he is disconnecting the calls now. How can staff be such arrogant
This place is almost like a hidden gem,well connected but not on a very busy road. Hotel is very clean,service is courteous, polite n helpful, food is good, rates are value for money !!
Breakfast served quite early unlike most places. I had forgotten my cards etc in the room. I called them up n they immediately located them, called back n kept them safe till I came back.Fast efficient service.
See everything was fine . But i discussed with the hotel manager earlier that i will be checking out early in the morning and hence i need early checkin. There was room available but he asked me for extra money which i have to give but he asked it in cash and i didn't had cash so i had to pay it to the personal account of one bald receptionist there . I need my extra money back It was my first tym in nagpur and got with that refeptionist or manager whatever he was .. I never expect people can do these things for 500 rs.
