Location plays a key role for this hotel.service is decent rooms can be improved. I am saying this because this review will be looked at by international visitors also. But as an Indian and pricing of the rooms the rooms are ok but there is always a scope for improvement.

This was the worst experience I've ever had in India I've went everywhere but this was the terrible one at the time of booking it wasn't mentioned anywhere that unmarried couples aren't allowed or something like this, as we entered inside the hotel they clearly denied that as per their so called policy they won't be able to allow we were so tired will never recommend this. They asked for marriage certificate that time. Hotel is okay but need to improve some policies or should mention it clearly on top in bold letters on third party booking apps as well.

location is best, TI mall is near by, ibus stop is at 300m. great connectivity. rooms are large compare to this price point. need some more maintenance. there is a coaching in the adjacent building so a bit noisy all the time.

Hotel was good. their r some point on which they have to work , first on bathroom and second on AC . Rest all the things were good nice ambience with good staff and hospitality. Ur Manger Mr Sachin has no idea how deal. With customers he is very arrogant person , just doing Miss behave with customers I will never come back to this hotel becoz of him , And there is no food availability according to him so never come here he will scare you fight with you & miss behave with you &ruin all off your mood

Had an amazing stay with my family members. Courteous staff, great location and full value for money. Absolutely recommend

Good location, good people but funny smelling rooms,still have some scope of improvement.

room is good services r also good. staff is polite but I suffered a id problem. I stayed with my family (husband and a child)but they required my marriage photograph to verify relationship proof. this is very strange. I was never expect that I have provided my I'd proof and husband's I'd proof and child birthday certificate for relationship proof. pathetic.
