Poor food service as they misplaced our order, lack of professionalism as no one was there in the reception when we entered the reception desk and kept us waiting for long. Our sleep was also disturbed by other noisy guests. They ran out of some breakfast items in the morning. However room was clean though coziness was missing.
This is my 3rd time there..quite a good place..i really love this place and there food..very tidy and hygienic. Whenerver i visit shillong i always stay there.
Room is clean and calm place, but their services are not up to the mark, they told me they took money for extra mattress but not giving us that mattress, nd the food quality is not good but prices are high... And the place is not good to stay in hill place, it didn't give any hill place vibes...
Very comfortable stay for the price. The rooms are clean and well maintained. There is room service and great food available for a reasonable price. It is located near a school and a small forested area. I recommend to take a walk along the road in the morning.

Bad experience, Considering the weather since it's winter, the staff should have provide a proper blanket. The room are clean and well put but the food service is bad and also basic commodities like a room heater is extra charge. Check out time is 11, When we stayed there, it's almost like they're kicking us out! Knocking on our doors early in the morning, couldn't have a proper sleep.

Had a very pleasant stay. The cottage is very well maintained and furnished. Rooms were neat and clean. The owner of the property,Mr Darell is very soft spoken and helpful. Overall the stay was very cozy. Highly recommended.
We had a lovely stay at this property. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was top notch. Indian, khasi food and continental. Did not use the pool. But was looked very nice. Had great drinks and dinner at poolside bar.
