Don't know who declared it a 3 star hotel. It should be called a lodge. Cctv are for showcase. In case something happens they will make excuses to not sure footage. Services are worse. AC was not working half of the time. They will cut electricity frequently. Receptionist were rude and non-responsive. Very small place to do any functions. Very badly managed.

Visited in Oct 21. Very basic hotel with poor amenities. Dirty room, bed, bathroom. Not recommended even for one night. They do not have proper window in the room. Just one open gala which they covered with the curtain to give window effect. Very pathetic hotel.
Last minute saviour! They accomodated us along with our pets for an overnight pitstop in Jhansi. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Room service was good and the location of the hotel is also quite great. Great value for money, and amazing people who helped us out when other reservations cancelled on us.
Average hotel. Reasonable size rooms. Poorly trained staff. Poor service. Expensive for the price. Centrally located. Plenty of eating joints nearby saved the day. Reception manned by clueless fellows. Please check your bills closely else you may be billed for services not used.
worst experience ever worst service poor food, worst room, worst staff, dormitory is far better then this **** hotel om, house keepng is third class, illiterate manager n staff, infact staff stolen my wrist watch, they charge 15% tax, manager itself asks n force customer for tip. i wont suggest any1 to stay in this hotel ever. they mineral water for 40Rs, ice cubes for 60Rs, per bucket, dusting towel and washrum towels are of same quality. they dnt have 24*7 power backup. running hotels on inverter. **.
I am fully dissatisfied with the way people had dealed me and the quality of room, cleanness and heigne I found.ac are old and work after 15-20 minutes.i stayed 2 days but intercom was not repaired.you get lukewarm water or morning tea @30/ without pot at around 8am and not before. *In total I am fully dissatisfied and will never come again in this hotel*
