No facility of personal kits like soap, toothpaste, brush etc. Mentioned Wifi available but even after 3 times called to reception it's not available in room. Breakfast also not good. Don't waste your money here. I will suggest my company to avoid such hotels booking in future.
1. Kitchen man is very rude when asked for spoon. Date (14 July 2023) 2. Room table partially cleaned. (12 July 2023) 3. No one no one listen to u fully. Neither receptionist nor pantry guys. They just shut call on ur face. 4. Room not cleaned despite leaving keys at reception. Date (16 July 2023) 5. As soon as clock ticks 10 am. They switched off the lights of the breakfast area, irrespective of the fact that more than 8 guests are about to complete breakfast or tea. (On 17 July 2023) 6. On off Tap of bathroom falls, it is just kept without screw. 7. Fan regulator is without button on it. You cannot fast slow the fan speed. Photo attached. 8. At 11.30 pm night they call to keep food utensils outside room, without even checking that it has already been kept outside and already picked by other staff. (17 July 2023) 9. Even after reminding them to keep toiletries, staff try to save them. 10. If they clean room, they forget to clean up toilet. If they clean toilet they forget to clean table. 11. Only one waiter staff is responsive. Few always keep having earphones, others are in their own world.
The location- The hotel is situated in a cowtown area. The food - The complementary breakfast is horrible . Leftovers of this restaurant are served as complimentary breakfast. Room service - The bedsheets and pillowcases are not changed daily and the windows are all dusty. * In the hotel Mr. India is available. He is omnipresent in the hotel. He does all sorts of job from keeping luggage to cooking food.*
We stayed in treebo trend hotel at malad west Mumbai. The staff of hotel did not communicate us their meal policy as we booked hotel with meal. This was very bad experience as they ask me to pay extra charges for meal.
The food was quite good but the room was not up to the mark. The staff was good. I am not satisfied with the location and the rooms. Overall I didn't had that great experience here

I had the worst experience in my life in this hotel and will never again book any of the treebo hotels I saw a centipede crawling in my room and the staff came and smashed it.. I saw instects in the breakfast chatini..horrible experience.. The cleaning staff doesn't do anything.. the toilets where unclean and dirty.. For all this I had to pay 4750 per day
