Everything was good for the price. Only issue is they wrote pay at the property and wanted to confirm the booking when they call. But then the caller insisted to pay 3000 to confirm or else they may cancel my booking! He was very rude too.
Hotel interior is very good and rooms are well maintained. The location is suitable for US Visa work in the embassy. However the restaurants outside are all serving non veg food and for vegetarians it could be an issue.
Perfect place to saty for your US Embassy Visa Interview at Bandra Kurla Complex which is near to this Hotel. Staff was very supportive. You can keep your luggage here even after checkout while going for visa interview. Highly Recommended.
Small rooms, small washroom, not clean. Staff is very non cooperative. Not recommendable. They provided driver Subhash, He was the worst , arrogant, liar, rude and typical gunda. And the worst part is their receptionist Rakesh was supporting him and it seems gang to cheat traveler.
Do not book this hotel, a very pathetic place, rooms are as small as a matchbox where a single small cabin size suitcase also cannot be opened. Staff is very rude, they wont entertain any requests. Breakfast was poor quality food, cold sambhar and idli. Even the bananas served were stale.
Nice hotel. It's in the prime location. Around 2 km from BKC complex. Rooms are nice and decent size. Complementary breakfast was also good.

The rooms where too small but it was quiet hygienic places , it had all the Amenities. It includes breakfast which was really amazing and very fresh.
