It was nice stay. All the staffs and management are so cordial and welcoming. For a short stay it is preferable. Rooms are small but for the price it is worthy.
People here are so polite and kind, They even gave me a room upgrade when I was sick. It's also very clean the sheets are very fresh and clean.

It should not be called as apartment..It is like a room for rent. The presentation of the room is good but it is a small area. I don't like this treebo..And it has only one floor..I don't think it is an apartment..
Good rooms with attached bathroom and are relatively new , Housekeeping is shipshape and really good. They have 4+ appartment s with 2bhk or3bhk options. While booking you can choose whole appartment, will have room common area ,kitchen etc. For family.. One room is a bit smaller than usual. Other is big. All bed rooms have AC s . Location is a bit tricky because of one way traffic regulations in main road. Never take the subjail road if you are in a car. (Google usually recommend that route. ) Take the longest one.

Very clean and neat facility. I never thought that I could get such a good stay near Aluva railway station for a reasonable rate. Person taking care of the room and food was very helpful and cheerful.
