Everything was good except rooms.. small rooms .. i had bad exp. No working gyser in winter.. no table for dinning.. u have to eat on bed.. their deluxe rooms r like 2 step bigger then normal rooms, not worth ... mattresses are thin like 4 inch so did not get so much comfort..
The stay is good with neat and clean room. The staff is helpful and food is decent .Good stay for budget travellers looking to stay in the heart of Gurgaon.
Apart from rooms being small and having a common balcony (a small one) for two rooms, everything is great.
Good for one day stay for business or connecting flight purposes. Otherwise the food menu is not that great. Breakfast inclusions aren't advisable!

Will surely recommend for a few days stay. Good location, though rooms available baths are bordering between Ok and a good place. The room interiors and bathrooms can be made more clean and better with just a little intelligent overhaul without spending too much on total change. The room paint , bedsheets etc just need to be refreshed to get a fresh feel. Most of the Staff is good and smiling , thougha few of them seem stiff and tired, so service can be better at the price. Still is a good place better than others and will surely worth a stay apart from these small niggles. Thank you for reading thru.
It's a wonderful hotel. The rooms and bathrooms were clean tidy. The staff especially Mr. Abhishek was awesome in facilitating a comfortable. The hotel is close to malls and the MG Road Metro Station. It's in a good spot overall and next time I come, I will definitely think of staying here!!
It was really a pathetic experience with the property and management at this location. They are not transparent with the customers as far as rules and guidelines are concerned. I was there for 2 days and honestly, it was the worst experience of all the stays at a hotel. They would eye on the quantity of the breakfast i.e. complimentary. They don't have place to serve food, so they serve it in the room. However, the catch is that you can have just one of all the menu has to offer, i.e. just 1 sandwich/Paratha/omlette along with just 1 tea/coffee. One should be ready to hear NO as a response if you want more because breakfast is not to fill the tummy, according to the guy at reception. Also, they have check-in and check-out time mentioned as 12 at reception, but they would ask you to checkout at 11. Sharing the picture that I clicked at the reception itself in front of the management and other staff, but they kept on saying check out time is 11. May God bless them with sanity.
