The host is an amazing, friendly guy. Makes sure that you're comfortable with the place and cooks delicious and sumptuous food. Hassle free check in. Price of the deluxe rooms is worth it. We had a good time there.

Worst place. It's so shady. Dirty place with cockroaches all over .had to leave immediately. And the person on the reception was very rudeIf u r looking for a Shabby place to live in some corner.... Then this place is for you.. If u love dirty bedsheets with ( obvious)stains .. Then u r the right place... if u r looking for a dirty filthy place then it's for you... No owner... No manager.. We are coming here for the second time 2 yrs back when we came for the ofc meeting our experience was pretty good but now this time experience is horrible toilets are not in good condition parking is not there. We parked vehicle in the hotel premises one staff member came asked us to remove car so that the owner vehicle gets space to park then we parked vehicle on the street. Very pathetic experience. We will never suggest this hotel to anyone nor we will come here again.

It was indeed a very satisfying stay in the hotel. I never felt I was staying in a hotel. It felt as my home because I was provided with all that I had asked for from the manager Subhash ji. Rarely did I come across a man as witty and good natured as him. And his culinary skills and his nature of going out of the way to satisfy your hunger pangs also calls for appreciation. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. One needs to stay here and then understand the benefits of this place. And i forgot to mention that the breakfast has great variety and extremely delicious, cooked by the chef Subhash ji.

I stayed in Lotus for the 3rd time and always had a good experience. Comfortable stay, clean rooms. Staff is very helpful. Serve homely delicious food. Hazel free check out and check in.

I had a satisfactory two-day stay at Hotel Treebo Lotus in a deluxe room with complimentary breakfast. The staff was friendly and efficient during check-in, and the room was spacious, well-maintained, and had modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The complimentary breakfast buffet offered a decent variety of fresh and tasty options. The hotel's central location was convenient for exploring the city. The only minor issue was occasional weak Wi-Fi signal, but the staff resolved it promptly. Overall, I would recommend Hotel Treebo Lotus for its affordability, good service, and pleasant amenities.

It has always been wonderful experience at Treebo Trend Lotus, Baner. I am coming here since last 18 months and it is always my staying place in the city. But since past 3 visits, I'm having serious concerns regarding the behaviour and hospitality of the reception guy/manager Mr. Subhash, he has become very arrogant and aggressive and denies to give us our requirements on time, such as water, towel, also the AC and Geyser is not working to which Subhash has never taken any initiative. I would like to take this into consideration of the place owner regards the same and hoping that a corrective action will be taken and no such problems are faced in near future. Thou, the owner is understanding and he did act on the spot, but only few minutes after the owner came to a solution, Subhash became arrogant and speaking harshly for the situation.

See first of all I don't like receptionist's behaviour he's behaving like we are entering in his own house asking money earlier and also not serving anything on time in to the room u have to call 2-3 times
