Treebo Trend Lands End Beach Resort - Hotel in Goa - Hotel in Morjim - North Goa, India

Overall hotel is good. We faced hot water problem . Limited menu in Restaurant. No Swimming pool. Staff is co operative. Well mannered.

The property is worth around Rs. 2500/- per night. We paid approx. Rs. 5000/- per night which is totally waste. Pros: - Near beach (Not beach front) - Good staff - Decent breakfast (Can be improved) - Clean room Cons: - The property is not worth above Rs. 2500/- - Gloomy and congested property - No proper access to the beach - have to walk through a really dirty patch - No other amenities on the property - Good only for people who are looking for a hotel only to sleep

It's a small property like most others around the area. Google maps shows a straight approach from the property to the beach but that's not the case - the access road is private (owned by S2 shacks) and was closed to public when we saw it today. The only other access road was a long walk to the beach around the S2 property. Property has no views whatsoever and has such dense plantation inside that it was dark and gloomy at 12PM noon! Can't comment on the rooms as we had to cancel our booking... because we wanted a property with access to the beach and large enough to offer some recreation inside. Guess this will work though for someone who's got a 2-wheeler at their disposal and doesn't plan to spend much time on the property.

We recently stayed at this beautiful Resort and I must say, it was an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality. The staff was incredibly attentive. The resort is nicely maintained with lush greenery. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is the key point, very near to Morjim beach. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Rooms are very basic, service was good but location says on the beach, where as it's a walk to the beach via another property

Everything is amazing the only thing i didn't like was morning food and for vegetarian's I have got stomach upset...!!

Value for money. Close to the beach. Was excellent for a solo trip.

One of our favourite places! Sam, the host was extremely welcoming and helpful, he sorted everything out for us in an instant. The internet is super fast, the rooms are beautiful and clean, the food is great. The location is perfect near a colourful but calmer strip of the beach, with one of the best surfing opportunities in Goa. I would recommend 100%, looking forward to our next stay there !
