Treebo Trend Lake View Park - Hotel in Chennai - Chennai, India

Located near Mamblam station. Rooms not comfy. Outside food allowed by not alcohol. It's a nice bar. And it's complimentary breakfast good.

I went to Chennai last Friday and I stay this hotel. The hotel was terrible. Rooms are good but some rooms doesn't work A/C. breakfast not good. no buffer. There not giving any water bottles free and they are charging for that. And water is very very dirty means water color is brown. Special thing is they cheated us. they get extra money for extra staying. I am not recommending this hotel to anyone and I never coming to this hotel

Firstly, we have booked a stay in treebo on 28th called and informed we are checking in around 1am. When we arrived at hotel at 12.50pm main gate was closed not answering the calls and even after waiting for 15min no body turned up Finally we managed to open the gate and entered reception was empty, finally gentleman came and the room 309 which was alloted in 2nd floor was very unhygiene I could find full of hairs and spider nets on bed No soap/ tooth kit.....morning complimentary breakfast was the highlight Idly - you can play slate ball with it Dosa- after having '1 dosa' they will say it git over though they have Vada- it was okay but only 1-small one you will get Coffee- sugar water with some color nothing much you can expect That's All

Poor maintenance lacks hygiene bathroom when requested to change bucket manager was quite rude and refused to replace initially. Seriously don't know based on what criteria treebo has accepted this hotel as its member. And this place stinks as it is just next to the railway track. Fortunately I didn't take the risk to taste food at this hotel.

It's near to track so disturbance for sleeping day time, no house keeping n room service. the main laundry service also not available I stayed here exactly one week. Treating customers here depends on booking type we checked in through corporate booking so many services they have excluded when we noticed for normal customers they are providing all the services. In my opinion it's not a 3-start hotel it's just like a normal hotel or oyo rooms type with included restaurant. choice is yours

Not only is their refund policy (as stated on Agoda) a lie- I never got free cancellation in the end, the property is located right by the train tracks so be prepared to have a noisy, unpleasant stay.

Third class hotel and hotel services offered and worst behaviour of staffs. Fan not working, AC keeps throwing ice cubes, no complimentary water provided, 1 GB fix data per day provided, limited and worst breakfast provided with 4 to 5 options only. Don't go with name.. actual name should be given to this hotel as RAILWAY STATION VIEW TRACK.

It was a pleasent stay with Treebo hotels !
