I recently stayed at laaiba residency and had a mixed experience. Unfortunately, the bathroom lacked handwash, and the persistent smell of cigarette smoke was a major drawback. Additionally, the shower jet didn't have a stand, always inconveniently lying on the floor. The breakfast was marred by the presence of cockroaches, which was highly unpleasant. Moreover, the reception staff's service was not up to par. Overall, a disappointing stay with several hygiene and service issues.
One of the best places I have stayed and the best part about the place was honesty and Integrity. I forgot my belonging in the room and it struck to my mind only after i reached airport. The manager delivered the stuff by himself and didn't charge a penny. On being offered, he simply said "please don't pay anything it's my duty sir and have a Happy Journey!". Kudos to people like him making a better place to live in this world. Please do consider this hotel for location, price point, hospitality and amazing after-sales service!
Decent hotel staffs are polite. It was one day stay coz just its near to Bombay Exhibition Center Goregaon. You can consider this hotel small less spacious. option of breakfast is also good here. but I found many cockroaches in refrigerators cupboard that need's to pesticide.
Third-class Stay it was.. Worst ever stay.. I had booked premium room by giving high price but hotel people said they have only 1 type of room.. Staffs are not friendly, Room was not clean, Toiletries was not kept, when asked they said they don't provide.. Bed had a dig, caused me back pain.. Towels were stinking has holes.. Bathroom was also stinking.. AC was not working Properly.. Regret booking that hotel.. Worst ever Experience..
Rooms are bit small and can't accomodate 3 people. I don't know why Make my trip is ready to booking for 3 People in this small Room. Overall Location wise as well as rooms are good, and near to Jogeswari Station. Breakfast in the morning is good with different options. This place has all Great Non Veg Restaurants but hardly any option for Vegetarian. Hence for Vegetarian food you have to travel almost 2-3 KM to get the Best Options. Would recommend to all those people who are attending Exhibition at NESCO.
Average and small rooms. Not as expected as what we see in photo. Issues are there like flush not working, no hot water etc. Breakfast average. Only entrance is nice and service good. Not recommended in this budget.
Room is very clean and spacious. Location is good. Food is ok ok. It was nice stay. I recommend.
