This place ruined my vacation! I would not have booked or stayed in this property but I had no choice since I had paid HVK a hefty amount for this booking. To say the rooms were horrible is an understatement, staying here is a potential health hazard. I would take this up with treebo in my own capacity but if you have a choice please skip . The only upside was parking and linen which appeared clean but God knows if it actually was. This is a shady guest house at best with no hygiene at all. If unfortunately you have landed here and have no choice but to spend the night then do yourself a favour and don't eat anything here, the kitchen is extremely filthy.
A decent hotel with tidy room, linen and bathroom, in the heart of city. A family room with an additional space with an extra bed confirms to the family requirement. It's proximity to city is an added advantage. Staff is courteous and efficient.
Worst experience ever I have been staying in a guest house or hotels many places but this is the worst stay ever after being a local after being Pay with the 2800 I have got a very poor services in the food when I had ordered paneer butter masala idk which paneer butter masala they are serving It doesn't seem like paneer butter masala it's kind of fish curry or something becoz I have been eating paneer so i know how is the paneer look the colour....... and the people who are staying in the third floor shouted to much and banging things which we couldn't sleep properly not worthy stay worst experience........

The rooms are not clean there is always some smell is coming the service is good there is no power backup The today's that I have stayed there was no power from 12:00 a.m. to5 a.m.
It's for those who love old structures with budget amenities. Brave for the cool weather n bathroom as most of the rooms have open windows. The staff is helpful and their food is good. Very well located

This guest house is located at a calm residential area. I stayed at a double occupancy room. It was a spacious room with a small sitting area. The bed linens were okay and the complimentary breakfast was fine. Room service was quick. Staff were courteous. I would love to stay there again if I visit Shillong. Thank you
