One of the best experience i have ever had here. The staff is really good and well communicated. They make sure the clients are comfortable and happy. The rooms are spacious and good amenities. The complementary breakfast which they serve is tasty. The pleasant part is lighting. The hotel is centre for all the tourist places and can easily get the transport to anywhere from the hotel.

Good budget hotel for an overnight stay. Rooms are large with good AC and hot cold water facility. Parking is available on street but seems to be safe. They do not have any in-house restaurants but there are a couple of restaurants right next to this hotel. Owner refunded money via PayTM that was incorrectly charged at the time of check-out. First time I have experienced that in years of traveling. Hats off to the honesty displayed by the owner. All in all a very good experience.

The service is okay, there is not a lot of servers/helpers in the hotel. Its just an okay stay but the quality of rooms is really poor with bad lighting and no comfy facilities. The only good thing about this place is its location in the old city which makes it kind of centrally located. But its not worth the price you spend (which for us was 4800/night), one should consider spending a bit higher and get some other place instead.

This hotel is located in Gulab Bagh near Lake Pichola, Although there were few minor issues - exhaust fan of the washroom wasn't working, they didn't have the breakfast menu items they were supposed to have etc. But the hotel staff was very cooperative and polite. The services were good and the room was very clean. Overall good stay.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. Parking for car is available just outside the hotel. They do not have any restraunt and serve breakfast in Room. Food is delicious and have homely touch. It's 5 min distance from city palace. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They provided me all the information about the places of intrest near by

Stayed at this hotel just for a night halt and believe me it was a nightmare. This place is a real shady hotel, like 'Hotel Decent' of Jab we met. If u are visiting with family dont even think of going there. All pictures shown on various online websites are fake or edited by management. The hotel is located inside a very small alley and you will probably not able to find out on the road. No parking at all. Car has to be parked on the road outside the shabby alley where the hotel is located. The reception and corridors are lit up in some really creepy dim lighting. Only 2 staff members are there who keep on fighting with each other in front of guests. The corridors are dark and some floors do not even have any light in the corridors. The hotel is filthy and smelly. The rooms are small, unclean and are without any ventilation. The roof top restaurant is full of people having alcohal and smoke and what not and hence family people must avoid it. All in all, i booked online trusting that it is treebo hotel but it turned out to be some place I will never want to be again even for a moment.

I would rather give 0 star. They claim to be a 3 star hotel but doesn't have parking facility. Staff consist of only 2 persons. No proper service. Bathroom accessories are not properly placed. Would never suggest this place to anyone for stay. Not up to the mark of Treebo Hotel chains.

Our stay in hotel Jhalaman was worth the time and money spent! Mrs. Raje was very welcoming and warm and had a very helpful team that works with her. The fact that this is a centrally located hotel helped us a lot as we went around walking and exploring places. Can't wait to come back again!!
