Treebo Trend Jannat Residency - Hotel in Delhi - South West, India

i stayed at this hotel for 2 week and I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Service also good .The location was perfect for exploring the city, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. I liked definitely stay here again..

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Jannat Residency, and I must say that it was an extremely disappointing and unpleasant stay. Moreover, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The room I was assigned to was dirty upon arrival, i found ants on my bed sheet, room were not clean, ceiling on the wall. It was evident that the housekeeping staff had not thoroughly cleaned the room before my arrival. The bathroom was also in poor condition and lock was damaged. The front desk guy was very rude. No recommendations for this hotel.

I stayed in TMS which was expensive next day I shifted to jannat residency. Which is worth the price. Friendly staffs, comfortable rooms. Clean and luxury bathrooms, they even had mini fridge in the room. Would recommend jannat residency over tms grand

I had a bad experience with that hotel .there iss no wifi ,staff iss totally rude ,or they have no water supply in washroom they have untrained staff the room was not clean at all there iss many mosquito and ant in room. There housekeeper didn't know to clean the room ,the staff would not behave properly with the guest ..... Bad experience ever ....there iss many hotels of treebo iss very well and comfortable but this jannat residency is totally useless waste off money they also did not gave us a sealed water bottle

Decent if you want to spend one or two nights , they don't have parking or anything , rooms were really small

Worst hotel experience in Delhi. Broken A/C, Rude security, frustrated staff, dirty, very dirty, late food service, bad room service, small and cramped rooms

Rooms are dirty. The water in washbasin and shower had a very bad smell, not suitable for daily activities. We had to forgo our booking amount, vacate and shift to another hotel. When raised a complaint with Treebo they didn't do anything.

Not family friendly property. Senior Management is pathetic like they just don't care. Although reception and room service were trying their best, very helpful and polite. I was feeling sorry for them. Owner has to invest and provide support.
