Room's are okay. Location wise it's good. Though the roads are narrow. Bed spreads and blankets where not clean enough. Rooms are not spacious for families. Beds are smaller. Limited parking is available. Building is old. The lift was stinking badly. Entrance is bad. Only thing is it is budget friendly in that area. Not recommended for family with kid's. There is no service available for anything there. Only drinking water will be provided that too charged.

Room is neat and tidy compare to Mysore, this is rated as only 4.5. complimentary s need to ask each and every item.

Very bad. Not properly maintained. We took two rooms and one was ok (4/10). No good A/C fan works only on one mode. Not clean (bedsheet bathroom) everything is bad Very worse. Don't go with the photos

This is a service apartment and not a hotel. It's location is one of its main selling point. Rooms are quite spacious and clean. They look similar to their posted pictures. Washrooms are also clean. Staff is good but has a language barrier when interacting with people from North but still manageable. They had few issues with AC not working in one room. And flush pressure not up-to the mark which they thankfully acknowledged and gave discount too. Overall I recommend staying here.

Nice place,decent breakfast,good place for weekend getaways for friends as it is linent and the receptionist was very helpful. But parking a big problem.

Bad hygienic, all over the rooms are dirty. even the walls also so bad, not even a single soap or liquid soap are not there in the bathroom,and bathroom also so dirty, They charge me for one night. if i can stay for free also i will not go there again, worst hotel ever, and their bedsheets and all, so dirty. looking like its not even wash for 1 week and their bed also making sound if you move little bit also. my experience is so freaking bad. they charge too much. accoring to their room condition.

Terrible accomodation. Dirty bathrooms, constantly disrupted water supply and bad smell. Looks totally different from the photos shown. Not worth the price at all. Can definitely get a better hotel for this price.

Not a pleasant stay or would recommend for family. Not value for money. Pros: 1. Breakfast was good, like home cooked. 2. Staffs there were kind, as they were helpful in fulfilling your needs. Cons: 1. Location of the place is not great (except it is walkable to US Biometrics Center). It was completely flooded with water, and it was difficult even to reach with a taxi. 2. The room is very small, without any window - felt claustrophobic. The was one door to so-called patio, but that is also a closed room with small vent. 3. The bathroom is not clean / prepared for the guest. Can see hairs in many places. Toilet seats are gross. 4. WIFI didn't work. They said its due to weather condition (It was raining badly that day). 5. The heater is solar. So, no hot water on a cloudy day or at night. They have a heater rod, which takes an hour to heat a bucket of water. 6. Towels and bedsheets are not clean as well.
