EXCELLENT CHOICE to be near the Gurgoan . The property is super clean and convenient. The employees are always smiling and are so kind. This chain employees special needs people, this is wonderful, the people are so kind and are happy with their jobs...The front desk people were great! Location is bad. Rooms are awful. Unplanned rooms no toiletries in bathroom. Food is awful. Have stayed in better Treebos. Being a frequent traveler because of my office work I have stayed in lots of Treebo hotels. But this is the worst. I know it doesn't matter Treebo about my feedback. But it is the worst. Only positive feedback is that the staff is well mannered. But other than that it sucks. There are almost 5 plug points in the room but only 1 works. The fixtures in the bathroom are broken. Can't wait to check out as soon as my stay is over. Treebo u are better than this kind of sleazy hotels.
Disaster stay and disaster experience, worst food ever I ate, I got food poisoning after eating dinner in the hotel. I kept vomiting the entire day. Rather than being sorry, the staff did not even bother. They were more interested in me paying the dinner bill than my health. There were lots of cockroaches in the washroom. I had to pay for my doctor's visit hotel didn't even take that much responsibility to arrange for one. I travelled from Mumbai for my office meeting, and I had to leave work because of my health. I lost so much fluid and got a severe weakness. Somehow managed to get back to Mumbai. The staff called back and forth to remove the review. How professional is that now? Sorry, but I will not remove my review. So others know what they are getting into--poor service recovery. End of the day, they made me feel as if it was my fault that I ate in the hotel. Treebo trend should be thankful I am not suing them for my health.and unhygienic environment you are You are keeping your guest.
I stayed in this hotel for one day. I have stayed in three or four hotels in the last 3 years in Gurgaon. This has been the best hotel for me in this price range. Hotel staff was well mannered. Room service was awesome. Whenever I come to Gurgaon next time I will definitely stay in this hotel.
Proximity to the metro station is one of the benefit, easy check in experience. Rooms were spacious and in good condition. Would highly recommend.
