My organization booked it for me. I stayed there for 2 weeks. I changed one room because of water logging issue in bathroom. The slope for water exit was not good, water logged by wall opposite of sinkhole. In another room there was no sofa set. They prepared my room around 1pm. Their answer was we ready check out first. Pillow cover and bedsheet was changed daily except one day when no pillow cover was there which room service boy mentioned to me. Quilt cover was changed every 2nd day. If you plan to visit outside, either you will have to leave key or get room prepared next day as mentioned above they will prepare check out rooms first and your will be cleaned by 1 or 2pm. I choose second option on 3 occassion as I visited office. You will have to instruct cleaners, I showed them how much dirty it was under bed. Mouse took away my toothbrush. They put glue trap upon telling. Free Water only 1 litre per day. No good restaurant or hotel nearby. 1-2 Road chhap hotel near to one hospital with very low quality food, chances of jaundice will be very high if you visit regularly. Kirana shops are there near to hotel. Free breakfast will give some relief. Local and unsafe lift which did not function for 2 days during my stay.

Room size was okay but it had the worst smell like it hadn't been used in ages. The washroom was not cleaned and had stains on the floor and fittings. The front desk person was rude and very unprofessional. The complimentary breakfast reminded me of the hostel mess. Other staff members were nice and genuine.

Very bad experience. Room was very dirty and so the bathroom is. They took all the amount prior even before visiting the room so that they can refused to return the amount. If you willing to stay here I suggest to visit the room first

Hotel is pathetic when it comes to the service. All the good reviews seems fake & paid. Let me summarize the issues with hotel - 1. Rooms are not maintained (toilet plumbing had junk). 2. Too many unrepaired patches on room wall. 3. Mosquitos inside the room. 4. No toiletries provided (except a dirty towel) 5. No hot water supply (they arranged 1 bucket of hot water after lot of request, I was supposed to leave the hotel by 8:30 AM for my meetings but I got the hot water at 9 AM. Finally I could leave at 10 AM). In sort if you got luxury of time & waste your money then please you are welcome to this hotel. Please book at your own risk.

Great food. Just love the place and food offered in birthday party. I'm not sure whether the taste was decided by the host or chef made it. But is was yum. Location is pretty accessible and has ample amount of parking space.

We booked Premises on 04-Nov-2022 for Marriage including Food arrangements When we visited for booking of this Premises, the staff behaviour including manager was very good, but at the time of function, everyone was so rude and no one took any responsibility for any issue. The room which we booked there had many issues like -electricity was gone where the bride was sitting but there was no electrician available and they denied to provide any other room in exchange. Room cleaning staff was asked to come for cleaning many times but again no help was provided. Food Quality was very Pathetic Helping Staff was missing , Groom & Bride waited for food at the time of dinner but no attendant was available there, Even whatever they served was cold. Guard was misssing from the gate In midnight Kinners entered in Premises, without our permission and misbehaved. Decor which they promised while booking was not done.Even the board outside on which bride and groom name were mentioned ,was not proper. But in the end we paid whatever they demanded. Really had a bad time on the most special day of our life.

Cleanliness wasn't maintained at all. Staff is nice, but not good at house keeping jobs. Overall, the stay was okay.
