Stayed there on a weekend. It is one of the best hotels I have stayed-in. Check-in experience was smooth. They do provide a nice memento at check-in. The check-in area is huge. Rooms are spacious. The decor is nice. Bathroom amenities are good. Toiletries are really high standards. My room had a lawn veiw very pleasant at times and room was really clean. The evening lounge was awesome. The entire decor had a nice Indian touch, and look and feel of entire experience was more Indian than other international chain hotels. dining experience was good.
Poor house keeping - floor was just mopped with soap water and your feet could feel the slipperiness. Towels were dirty. In bathrooms, you could hear all of the sound from neighbor's bathroom. Please never stay with your family.
The Two young Receptionists seems bored of their jobs and has absolutely no Training on basic customer services ..they are unfit for the job The Rooms was good but washrooms needs cleaning and maintenance .The staff except the two in reception are good and nice ..The Breakfast is just basic and not inspiring ..one must look for better options before opting to stay in TREEBO AMPLE TRANSIT HOTEL
Everything was good until our neighbor room guys started smoking, our bathroom was filled with smoke. And suggest all to check the bedspread before occupying the room, it was used one.
