I visited the hotel in September 2023 with family after getting down at Bhopal station at 2.30 am in night on the way to some other destination. Just stayed till 8.00 am.
The first negative about hotel, we did not find the room ready even after calling them in the daytime itself. We had to wait around 40 mins. The room was not cleaned properly. We had to call the housekeeping guy to clean the toilet bowl properly.
Room had damaged painting, AC, sanitary fixture etc. Although AC was cooling enough. Room ambience not very good. Only basic things.
Even after charging around Rs. 3100 for the room no toiletries provided. No Water bottle was provided.
The only good point about it is located too near to railway station, you can walk even.
Overall a good place. Rooms can have better hot water supply, as it's lukeworm hot most of the time.. The staff is amazing and kind, especially room service person named sanjay.. Helpful, respectful and friendly.
The hotel's general manager is extremely rude and has no etiquette when speaking to guests.
Even though it is 3.30 in the morning, the general manager will ask you to leave the hotel if you consider complaining to him about the unclean rooms, towels, bed sheets, and broken air conditioning. Never before have I heard a hotel GM (general manager) speak so poorly. Because they are simply charging you for treating you like garbage, a one-star lodge may be far better than this one.
I haven't received yet the invoice. I had early train, so staff informed they will share invoice later, but not able to contact.

Best hotel just opp to railway station..must stay
Located just near the railway station Bhopal. I stayed one night and i found the cleanliness and services were absolutely good . They have small, medium as well as large rooms and building of the hotel is also constructed in modern style. The behaviour of working staff was also good.
Very spacious rooms. Clean hygienic and 50 meter away only from Bhopal Junction.
