Excellent hospitality. Food was too yum, received good compliments from each of the guest. Every employee was very polite and they even served good. I can highly recommend this for anyone who would enjoy good food and great ambience.

Very disgusting hotel and staff don't care about customers. Lots of cockroaches in the rooms and the staff don't care if there are plates of food full of cockroaches in the coridor. When we ask staff for a plate or a glass, they say they will come and then they never come. They did this everytime. We asked for laundry service to clean and iron our clothes and they didn't do it until the last day, before we had to go to airport. Hotel is very dirty.

Very dirty, cockroach, A.C not working properly, employees don't answer to requests (though employees of the breakfast are very kind), very noisy at night. Photos look good but reality is different, very expensive for that quality.

Just a satisfactory experience. When I reached the hotel they told me the room was ready. When I entered there was no water, soap, hand wash or any other hygiene tools available.
