Treebo Trend Hoops Airport - Hotel in Kolkata - 24 Paraganas North, India

This Treebo hotel's proximity to the airport seems to be its primary selling point. However, our experience left much to be desired. The elevator was not only smelly but also in a state of disrepair, serving as an early warning sign for those yet to complete their payment. The hotel staff, while limited in number, lacked professionalism, and service standards were questionable. The near-empty hotel during our stay should have been another indication to consider other options. (We chose this hotel solely due to its proximity to the airport and the need for a brief overnight stay.) **Rooms:** Despite appearing clean in photos, the reality fell short of expectations. There was an unpleasant odor in most rooms, and the dustbins seemed neglected, showing signs of not being cleaned from the outside for some time. The walls exhibited peeling paint. While the bed was neatly made, the cleanliness of the bedsheet and blanket cover left much to be desired. Thankfully, the bathroom was the saving grace, as it closely resembled the photos and maintained a level of cleanliness.

An excellent hotel accommodation near Kolkata Airport (Dum Dum). The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of Satyam Tower. I must say, for a visitor, it's quite a challenge to find it, a banner or advertisement outside might help to better locate it. The hotel is a budget friendly one, with friendly staff and security personnel. Outside food is allowed as well, which is a privilege compared to many other hotels in the city. Recommended for people staying over for a night or two with close proximity to the airport!

Great location to stay in kolkata. The typical treebo standards. Just 3 kms from airport, great eateries around, city center mall and Inox nearby... Good.

Great location near airport. Staff at the time I was a guest were playing loud music in the reception and talking loudly until midnight. Not a good place to sleep at if you need to wake early.

Delicious surprises! The hotel's complimentary snacks and treats were a delightful bonus.

Luxurious indulgence! The spa treatments and room service made us feel pampered.

Rooms are so small you will find yourself like caged inside , staff were very courteous and helpful

The rooms shown online are big but the one offered are smaller. Staff are cheat. The breakfast is worst. Rooms are very dirty. Not recommended at all.
