They no longer take online bookings. I had booked on agoda and on reaching was told that since one year they have stopped taking any kind of online booking. So that was bit stressful after travelling. But we took room since we had reached and also agoda payment got refunded later. Coming to the hotel reviews it is okayish. The sheets were dirty when we reached and on requested to change staff said multiple times that these are marks of washing and when we told them to change nevertheless they changed after half an hour. Hotel staff should not keep the guests hanging on for so long when they are tired after travel and just provide clean linen. Reception person was nice and took note of all requests for providing breakfast for early checkout and sightseeing tips. Okay to stay if reaching suddenly and need to spend a couple of days. They also don't have a working restaurant. It will be good if hotel gets little systematic about getting cabs to help people go to airport. We requested for transport early morning on 1st jan to go to airport they got us an autorickshaw from the road whose driver was drunk and he fought with us at airport because we didn't have 50 rs change. He shouted so much on us that airport police had to come and help us. Being on airport road there should be safer methods to help tourists reach to airports otherwise no point booking this hotel just by seeing that it is close to airport

I order from Highness very often as I live close by and I am always happy with my food. It's seems unfair that there are so many bad reviews because the food is really good and the prices are unbeatable. My advice: don't go to East Red expecting it to be a restaurant experience because chances are you will be disappointed off the bat. They don't have the best service or ambience but the food is good -- especially the South Indian foods. Order some great value for money food for take away and go enjoy it at home.

The local bar serving beer and wine. It doesn't have a good ambience or good food. Even the toilet reeks of urine. But what else do you expect of a cheap joint like this. It serves the purpose- cheap beer and some finger food alongside. Only recommend for the ones who are empty on the pockets.

Neat business hotel for short stays. 4km from Airport 400Rs. Prepaid taxi from airport. It's in the center of city and walkable distance to famous Anantha Padmanabha.Swamy temple. Limited options in breakfast . Items were tasty. Deluxe rooms.are quite spacious. Overall it's value for money. Staff are cooperative . Stayed one night only without family.

This is the place that you would visit when you want to grab a quick beer. As the peeps call it "katta local". Finding a place to even sit during the evening hours can be difficult. Not sure they have a restaurant as I haven't seen people being served with snacks other than the peanuts. But me and my brother in law are repeat customers as it's very nearby our house. Convenience trumps everything else.
