Room No. 107: They mentioned it's a 3-star property, but the general rooms are far better than this. 1. The AC is not working properly and is generating a lot of noise. 2. Self-service is required for amenities like water, etc., and for breakfast, we paid an additional amount online, but the menu is very limited with only 2 items, one piece each. We might get a better breakfast outside for the same amount paid online. 3. If you take food from outside, they do not provide a plate for your dinner. 4. The hotel doesn't provide soap/shampoo, and they charge for the dental kit. 5. If there are 2 or 3 members, they will only provide one dirty towel. 6. The regular tap is not working for the bath, and they recommend using the shower. 7. There is an odor in the room and bathroom; even public toilets smell better. 8. Roadside pillows are far better than what they offer here. 9. The landline is not in working condition.

Great location! Awful hotel ! They don't provide nothing ! No drinking water provided , no cleaning. No housekeeping! Breakfast not free and they don't take care of there guests at all ! The doors don't lock so you have to take all your belongings if u have to go visit or sightseeing!! Or leave them unattended inside without any supervision! I don't recommend this place at all !!

One of the best stays in vizag, the hotel staff was so good and caring and accommodating, they kept our luggage for extra hours after checking out and didn't even charge us anything and let us use the restroom after beach when we returned to pick the luggage. We even ordered few things from outside and they got it for us with just minimal service charge. Loved the stay here.

The automatic door lock is not working so it is always open. 5. Hotel Don't provide shop/ Shampoo. 6. Shower is not available. 7. If you are lucky so you can see cockroach on your bed. 8. Provide road side pilo 9. Landline not working condition. Dear owner, Do not reply "sorry for the inconvenience"

Had a great time in this hotel, could've been cheaper but services couldn't be compared.

Stayed in this hotel in April 2023 for 3 nights on a personal visit to Visakh. Very basic AC room with clean toilet, but some furniture & fixtures need repair. Breakfast is just ok. Hotel is located on the busy Dabba Garden road. Many eateries around. Location is well connected, autos easily available anytime of day. For 1200 per day, it was a good budget hotel for a single traveller, though I saw tourist families also staying there. Reception people are cooperative & room service is reasonable. Overall, a good choice for budget stay in a central & convenient place in Vizag.

Pros: 1) Everything is good, my rating is 4.8/5 Way of talking by them was good. 2) Every day cleaning, beds are too comfort... 3) complimentary tiffin's is good Cons: While in summer we consume more water right.. they will provide one bottle per room as complimentary but after that you need to purchase 1ltr bottle. No big water cans

It's ok but not upto the mark. If you spend amount we expect a minimal ambience and service but it's missing there. Breakfast was very bad no taste at all. But it's near to bus stand, railway station and jagadamba. So overall it's ok but still need to improve in its quality of service and maintenance.
