Though the exterior looked great, cannot say the same of the interior! No housekeeping facilities, no meals available and even getting laundry done was impossible! Basically a place to stay with zero expectations. Even a homestay provides better amenities!

1. AC equipment in the room does not work and management does not give the AC's remotes to guests . AC's are set to auto control and does not work as expected . 2. Staff members are drunk and are not supportive for any services . 3. We vacated the hotel with-in 2 hours of check-in and booked another hotel due to odor in the room and unhygienic condition . we did ask the staff to solve the issue but no one cared . 4. Only advantage with the hotel is location nothing else apart from this. Its not advisable to stay here , specially with families. The funniest part is while we arrived at the hotel and filling the check-in forms , Staff were frequently questioning us how soon can we check-out ? and some irritating conversation .
The hotel is good but only during the tourist season. The reason is that it is a bit far (5-10 minutes walk) from the beach. Also, if you are going to the beach then you should stay very near to the beach to enjoy the atmosphere whenever you feel like.
Very bed experience....it's not resort.....my two days booking on last day I was alone with my family in diwali vacation.i booked hotel from expedia and from treebo.i contacted both of them for my solution.it was only time pass on call no solid action is taken.on old photo ...they charged me around 5000 per night.i demand for refund but still not answer from their side
The property is very convenient as it's not directly on the beach and is hassle free in Kovalam as many hotels are located in narrow lanes where cars cannot enter. The staff were very cordial and they provided me with complementary breakfast which was deliciously (made by Tamil cook from Nagercoil Rahman) . The stay was very rejoicing here and I have great memories and kudos to the staff who are very efficient and they know how make guests have a rich vacation experience .
We were a group and stayed there for 1 night.The property is located in a prime location with all amenities nearby. Kovalam beach was at a 5 minutes walking distance. The front desk staff was available always with a smile on face and ready to help. The complimentary breakfast was good. Cons: Lunch and dinner should also be available with sufficient options. We managed by ordering food from Zomato. The swimming pool could have been cleaner and more hygienic since it is being used by family. The behaviour of hotel owner was rude but the woking staffs were having good sense of hospitality. Overall it's a good choice and I would recommend it.
Rooms clean, surrounding quite n safe for kids also. Staff is very good at behaviour n cooperative.
