I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET A.C ROOM BUT THE A.C WAS NOT WORKING. EVEN AFTER COMPLAINING NO CHANGE WAS GIVEN. since the entire amount was collected at the beginning itself they never discounted anything also. Rooms were compact and less spacious . It is a very good hotel . Senthil was friendly but the room given disappointed me. Remote also not working. Please give 2 complimentary water bottle on summer atleast....

Stayed here for 2 days with family. It's a 3BH apartment with a Good Bed, Ac, Car parking. However, lacks in hospitality. They need to improve their service and shouldn't expect reminders from the guests. Complementary Breakfast was Okay. You get Idly, vada, pongal. Near by Veg Restaurant is ( Vasantham) which is roughly 500 m from your stay- we had from here couple of times. Non- Veg hotels you have many with less than 5 minutes walk. Dinner we ordered from swiggy. Overall it was good and I choose this for a quiet place and a covered car parking.

Location is good. Complete Payment has was taken at the time of check-in. And they blame it on the treebo software. Though This is is a service appartment ..the amenities are unlike it. No Refrigerator No basic cutlery ( we had to ask for it and then it was provided) No washing machine The water in the washroom is of very low pressure so we had to resort to bucket and mug. There is leakage in the flush tank leading to water wastage.

Super rapport qualite/prix meme pour une seule personne. Personnel serviable et accommodant nous ayant trouve un chauffeur efficace pour Munnar (pour ce service bien determiner kilometrage, incluant distance pour arrivee du chauffeur, taxes "collines" et passage autre Etat, repas chauffeur et pauses de route... tout est facture !). Chambres mitoyennes pas forcement bien insonorisees.

Staff was not at Supportive, Lift Was Not working so we have to carry our Luggage by Ourself. Stayed there for 5 days for wedding. Cockroaches in Room. They don't changed bedsheet

The rooms were decent but the water flow is pathetic in bathrooms though no shortage of water. Breakfast was not at all good , it's better to have some one else outside! WiFi doesn't work and they don't seem to be bothered even when complained. Next time I'd look for a better option.

A nice place to stay. Rooms are clean and spacious. Its situated in a quite place and easily accessible. When with family it helps as family rooms also available at nominal charges.

Good apartment for a staying with 2 or 3 family. Breakfast is decent. A little away from temple.
