I had a solo trip to Kalighat to visit Kalimandir during Dashara festive time (21-23 Nov). This hotel is walkable distance, room kept in good condition. Hotel staff very friendly as well, especially room boy Saleem. Food options (if vegetarian ) around temple can be little challenging but manageable. Ola/Uber cab services not reliable so don't wait until last minute to make your return travel arrangements. Cab services little laidback, you may find cabs unclean but expensive too. Good luck

Good, clean, efficient hotel at a stone's throw from key landmarks. Service was exceptional- all hotel staff including Rakesh, Salim, and the restaurant staff were courteous and helpful, and very accommodating of special needs. Their restaurant food was good as well. Would recommend!
The rooms were big in size. They have to work a little bit on their staff providing services to the room. The breakfast menu is limited but the food quality was good and also tasty. The location is also great and nearby to the metro station. Some of the food items were superb in taste

Restaurant here is really nice. The management and staff are all very hospitable and courteous. Rooms are decent and hence one star less.
Only one thing fell short of expectations. The full menu (the Chinese part of the menu is unavailable during lunch hours). And one of the staff misled me about dinner timings saying it was from 10pm to 12pm whereas dinner time gets over by 10:30. So I essentially missed dinner. Other than that it's a fantastic place. Very polite and receptive staff, very clean well appointed rooms for the price point.
