This hotel is even better than the pictures represent. Its an extremely pleasant place with friendly staff. The best part was the food- the fresh vegetables and fruits used just give it a very delicious homely taste. The best part is its very cost effective. Loved it there.
We have been frequent to this property since last few years and have found the staff to be extremely courteous, rooms are spacious, food delicious and prepared under good hygienic conditions. We had last taken 5 rooms on this New year eve, my relatives enjoyed every bit and I wish the hotel owners and their staff the very best for the future.
We booked 3 Deluxe Rooms however when we reached there we were given 2 Deluxe rooms and 1 Standard Room, booking was done through Treebo. When i spoke to the owner Mr Irfan over the phone he was like we are expecting many guests i have to take care of others also. And he was constantly defending saying that it was not a standard room while it was clearly much smaller than the deluxe room. The restaurant food was good though and the break fast was also good....however we found issue in rooms like charging point not working, hot water not coming, lights behing weirdly....would suggest to visit their restaurant but not to stay there...
According to the Indian Sarais Act of 1867, anyone can request free water and can use the washroom at any hotel, even a five-star hotel.............. I don't know what kind of guys........ they don't allowed to use washroom if you don't eat anything there.....for this kind of guys government is already make some rules for this but they don't follow. I want to file complaint against this kind of restaurant... I give one star but less than i can't give because Google doesn't allow me......

Pls don't go for the photos they have posted on the portals. Rooms are totally different from photos. pathetic rooms , the bedsheet and the quilt covers were not even changed before checkin and after checkin also . still they got the other dirty types bedsheet and quilt. The staff was also not properly trained for the hospitality work . I have logged the complaint on call then also not getting any response from there staff and after too many calls they given rude response that "we are not responsible for this" Even not any staff is available in reception. Rate is too high as per service. Waste of money.
Very clean and hygienic. Comfortable stays and beautiful views from rooms and corridors. They have a nice garden for kids to play and strawberry farms are adjoining the property.
Food is tasty, light and fresh. Enjoyed stay with my family a lot.
It's a good place especially for kids. They also have seasonal offers. They have amazing wax sculpture only two three didn't look alike. Otherwise everything was fine. Aquarium was also good. There was also 9D show and they also had this go karting.
If you are in Mahabaleshwar you must visit this place, clean and fresh food they prepare,all the items we ordered are nicely prepared and customer service representatives are nicely groomed and parking person is also mannered
