Treebo Trend G K Residency - Hotel in Dehradun - Dehradun, India

I have had 2 instances with Treebo Trend G K Residency. I booked the hotel in advance and informed them that I will be reaching at 4.30 AM in the morning (that's when my train arrives). When I reach the hotel at the said time, the gates are locked with no door bell and not a single person in sight. I have to open the main gate myself and then knock at the glass door and wait until a staff member hears my knocks and opens the door. This has happened twice. Both times, I had informed in advance of my arrival time. They give phone numbers and ask to call but the numbers are either switched off or not picked. I again have to travel in a few days and this hotel is close to railway station which is why I chose this. But the fact that they don't have any attendant even after informing is highly frustrating and not acceptable.

Such a cheaters, stolen my "Nothing phone 1" and now denying to return it. All staff is now on leave suddenly and not available after the incident. Not even sharing the cctv footage to help. Be careful while visiting or booking any stay.

Worst place. The hotel is very unfriendly, dirty and the staff were smirking at us for every enquiry. Don't go.

Bad experience. Very bad service...Very dusty and dirty Room side tables bed all are dusty staff is not Good....very poor experience stay here...

Altogether a good stay. We booked it from Treebo trend hotel website. Please note these are my personal views and experiences in this property. Pros: 1. Located in a well connected and easily accessible market, near railway station and paltan bazaar. 2. Staff is good and polite. 3. Food quality and taste is definitely good. 4. Room service was fast. 5.Check in ,check out, payment all these were quite smooth. 6. Ample parking space is available in the basement area of the hotel in case you are getting in your personal vehicle. 7. It can be a connecting halt to your destinations of your trip in Uttarakhand. Cons: 1. Room was too small with no window. 2. Electric kettle was not clean. 3. Though food quality was up to the mark but the quantity was less, so i would call it little overpriced but again good food compensates for the price. 4. There was no face/ hand towel and the toiletries had only soap and handwash. Treebo could have provided with basic toiletries like shampoo etc. 5. One last thing I want to mention is that the check in timing was at 12 pm but we reached at around 1 pm but the rooms were not ready and we had to wait. Only if the rooms were little big and with a window i would have given it a four or five star rating.

Pathetic rooms... Rooms were full of smoke smell, bedsheets were not changed, those were full of stains and dirt
